Written by Genki Shiota-san！！！

I felt from this book that he clearly 
has studied a lot about human psychology〜

What's most important in running a business is  ”psychology"! 
Let's have more interest in psychology! 
To know about the "tendencies" of the human heart. 
To know about human "habits".

Men→Compliment their abilities  (or results! Or academic ability, status, car etc.) 
Women→Compliment their actions (the process, thoughtfulness in their work etc.) 

２）Pigmalion effect
That those who are complimented or praise have bigger results
Compliment/praise →manipulate

３）Resonance 
Women place importance on resonance and sympathy！ They are not asking for solutions
Men want logical solutions and methods. 


４）Repeating technique 
Parrot back what the other person said ＝Gives a good impression. 
Pacing (speed, size etc) 

５）Mirroring 
Copy the actions of the other person like a mirror. 

６）Silence/Nodding
Nod→Lubrication oil of communication  
Silence→It's hard for the other person to talk

７）Social reward
I acknowledge your existence and value ＝Call them by their name often 

８）Presenting both sides
Present not only the good side, but the bad aspects too＝Gives impression of being honest 

９）Skinship technique 
Touch→ This reduces the sense of distance. Especially between men.
