Welcome to 『Happy Library A book that will enrich your life』!

Today we will learn from Ken Honda's mail magazine !

↓↓↓

This weeks book is written by Kumiko Takamori
"Parenting that will raise happy independent children"
『Kodomo ga Shiawaseni Sodachi Jiritsu suru
Gambaranai Kosodate』

The author, Kumiko Takamori, is a family therapist that has supported the healing of over 4800 families and child/parent relationships over 13 years. She is also the representative of the institute of Conscious Parenting Japan. She also a mother of 3 children, and discovered Steiner education natural methods of parenting while  raising her oldest and second son, and started her own kindergarten.
 In recent years, she successfully hosted a large scale event, inviting world famed parenting expert DR. Shefali to Japan.
She is a powerful woman, but at the same time, says raising her 3 boys was so difficult that many times she wished she could stop having to be a parent. Here is started learning psychology, healing and many spiritual things, and uses the knowledge and experience she gained to support many parent/children. She knows well the joys and hardships of parenting, and has included in this book I'm introducing, stories of her own experiences and how to parent so that both children and parents can be happy.

Here are a few excerpts from the book.
====================

<page 10>
When the parents stop trying so hard, children become happily independent.
(partially omitted) I feel this in having watched the growth of children for over 20 years, from when they are a child entering grade school.

<page 64>
The rebellious stage, a lack of self-esteem, ignoring, more lazy, lacking in cofidence..... These are all stages that are difficult for parents. Their children attitudes that make parents feel despite their best efforts, "It wasn't supposed to be like this!" It's as if I can hear them sigh in their heart wondering "How to interact with them going forward?" and mainly that "it's so difficult."
It can be said that it's the perfect timing that parents stop trying so hard.

<page 168>
Give a big hug to yourself! Appreciate yourself saying, "You've really done your best so far! It was tough. Well done." (ommittance)In this book, we've decided on a lot of things we will quit doing. All that energy that you've used for your family and children until now, if you leave things as they are, things will go back to normal. So let's decide now--decide that you will use that energy for yourself, to love yourself.

====================

Just reading this above excerpts perhaps there are people who considered stopping trying so hard. By the time you finish reading this book, your heart will feel lighter and you'll stop feeling as stressed or pressured.

In the past, there were still things about the parents way of doing things, things to teach that the children may have needed that still applied when going out into society. However, now with AI and changes from conventional ways of thinking, much more creativity is required, and the era of parents teaching something to the children in a patronizing way is coming to its limit.

Takamori-san is far ahead of the times in placing importance on the individuality and uniqueness of the child in parenting, instead of the conventional parent/child relationship. This book gives specific and practical methods on how to do this in your daily interactions, not only through decorating with abstract words like placing importance in uniqueness, This is a book I myself would have like to have read when I was raising my child. Those who are parenting now, please do read it!

The guest is Writer ・Noveslit/Yuji Arakawa
The theme is "God and Motivation!"
In continuation to Asa-Taku in Osaka, we will invite him to Tokyo this time!

"Koban" (Japanese oval coin), "Tai" (red snapper), "Tawara" (bales) and "Daikokusama"・・・
Those who purchase the Engi Rake are mostly merchants and business people.

Why do they purchase these things?
Why are there more employed people who don't buy it?
The business people know.
That things don't go well with only your own power・・・

For those who are employed "winning against others" is important.
Perhaps there are more interested in the results compared to others.

「Yourself」+「En」
「Yourself」+「Un (good luck)」
「Yourself」+「Nagare (flow)」・・・

Arakawa-san's talk is overflowing with hints that will draw out your unlimited power.

Please read "becoming friends with God" on Arakawa-san's official blog. A certain part of your heart will react.

【The world's kindest Laws of Success Book】
(p53: excerpted from "The Law of Becoming a different person, Now, in this moment"

『Try living peeking into the door of your consciousness.
Right now, you have a certain door open and are immersed in that world.

When you are in this world, not even other things attract you.

However, if you look at something for the first time, sometimes that door opens,  and you can be immersed in that world. Why not try it?

Why I chose this↓↓

When you are immersed in what you are doing now, you can enter what is called the flow or the zone,  "a worldview where you lose yourself."

If only I could spend more of my time in this state・・・
I could live a more enjoyable life than now.

Especially from this year, I felt more strongly this way.

This expression of "the door of your consciousness" gave me a big hint.

The "certain door" that is spoken of here, means the world that you are immersed in now.
(for example, when you're watching TV, or the YouTube that you like to watch)

When you let go of that once, and start something new, a "new window of consciousness" opens up.
(Stop what you are doing once, and finish the work that you left etc.)

Don't start when you feel like it, but just start doing it.
Then your window of consciousness opens and it feels like you're just "going to that world."

Just as when you're spaced out you don't realize that you're spaced out,
when you are fully immersed in something, it's hard to realize that you are in that state.

How to open that door?
In my case, I imagine a "door of consciousness" in one small room where only I am in it.

There is only 1 desk and chair in that room. And myself.
The color of the walls are white, and there isn't space for anything else besides the table and chair.
The size of the room is about two tatami mats.

In this "closed world" that was just opened to me, I immerse myself in what's there.

By simply doing that, I can become a completely different person
than the person who was just surfing the internet just a moment ago.

Then all you have to do is think about what's in front of you and before you know it, its just a matter of moments before the "immersed you" shows up.

This is my own method of what I picked up from this book, on how to "lose myself and get engrossed/immersed in something."

Please find a method that suits you from this book.
