Hope to see you there!

Keisuke Ohshima's seminar really is like a "purification ritual."

The clouds and haze over your head just blow away.

This one question hits you right in the heart!

1. Opening: The future perfect, and the brain's "happy misunderstanding"

* Time-travel setup: Warp six months into the future (end of December 2026) and, on the premise that "2026 turned out to be the best year of my life," do high-fives and look back on it.

* The law of success (why how you use your brain matters):

* The human brain has the capacity of more than 100,000 computers, and there is no difference in the structure or function of the brain itself between those who succeed and those who don't.

* The fork in the road of life is whether you "misunderstand" that you can do it, or convince yourself that you can't.

* The first step is to believe in your own future possibilities.

2. The three pillars of mental training, and your latent potential

* The three most powerful mindsets for unlocking your potential:

* The power to believe (self-confidence)

* Gratitude

* Excitement

* Hands-on exercises (future diary and gratitude letter):

* Future diary: By writing down your successes, growth, and gratitude as of December 31, 2026 in advance, you trick your brain into feeling the dream has already come true.

* Gratitude letter: Become aware of the time you have left with your parents by converting it into hours (comparable, for example, to being told you have two months to live), and express your gratitude for the past and your resolve for the future.

3. The essence of leadership and team-building

* "Never put a lid on potential":

* Drawing on his own past (depression in his twenties, founding the izakaya "Teppen"), the speaker argues that it is precisely people in difficult situations, or those who lack confidence, who most need someone who will believe in their potential all the way.

* How to get through a pinch (vibration, and finding the fun in it):

* In high-school baseball and sports coaching (including Koshien-level schools), what decides the outcome is not the "method" — more than 90% comes down to "the heart (the vibration, the vibe) you do it with."

* When the coach keeps smiling, and treats a pinch as something to "enjoy (dance, have fun with)," the mood of the whole team shifts and comeback wins are born.

4. Closing: Expanding possibility, and resolve for the future

* There is not a single human being without potential.

* Believe 100% in your own potential and in your comrades' potential, and keep taking on challenges with excitement.

* At the end, everyone stood up and closed as one, with a rallying cry of "Yosshaaa!" toward "the best future of our lives."

2026:

What kind of year would move and excite you so much your nose bleeds?

This is it!

What kind of December 31 do you want to arrive at?

One where everyone

delights in their own potential,

and a year-end where you're proud of everything you've built up!

Keisuke Ohshima Seminar — Worksheet

~ The structure of an "experiential" seminar that draws out the power to believe in possibility ~

1. Overall structure (the flow)

2. Details of each exercise

① Future-warp high-five interview

Setup: Imagine you've "warped six months ahead" and assume 2026 has become the best year of your life.

How to: In pairs, high-five each other and take turns asking the following, in order.

↓↓↓

1. What kind of year was it?

2. The scene that moved you most 3. The biggest factor in your success

4. Who was happiest for you, and how did they show it?

5. Who do you most want to thank right now, and why?

Aim: Give your brain the feeling that it has "already come true" in advance (= a good misunderstanding).

② The 20-question deep-dive interview (future-diary format)

A format distributed via the official LINE account (QR code).

Doing it with family, your partner, or team members makes it especially powerful.

③ Future-diary exercise

Setup: Write, "in advance," a diary looking back on the year as of December 31, 2026.

What to write: the best moments / how you grew / dreams your comrades achieved / gratitude.

Key point: By writing in the past tense "in advance," you claim your future growth ahead of time.

Variation: You can even turn it into a video (make an end-credits roll).

④ Possibility-check high-five

Q1: "Do you believe in your own potential?" → high-five

Q2: "Do you believe in your comrades' potential 200%?" → high-five

Theoretical basis: Human latent potential lies dormant at more than 3,000 times the power we currently use (from Anthony

Robbins' training).

⑤ Excitement-level check

Self-report, as a number: "Right now, what percent excited are you about your life?"

Even if it's low, reframe it positively as "room to grow," and share it with a high-five.

⑥ Gratitude-letter exercise (the heart of this seminar)

The idea behind it: "1,320 hours."

If you live apart from your parents, you can meet them about 6 days a year × 11 hours = 1,320 hours.

That converts to about 55 days — the realization that it's equivalent to being told you have two months left.

How to:

1. Write on the premise that "this may be the last letter of my life."

2. Content: gratitude for the past + resolve for the future.

3. Write for about 5 minutes with background music (a Western choral song) playing.

4. With the person next to you, read partway through as if the recipient were right there in front of you.

Aim: Gratitude is the single greatest key among the three powers that unlock your potential.

⑦ Share with your neighbor (your takeaway)

Q: "What was your single biggest hint or takeaway today?"

Share it with the person next to you while high-fiving.

⑧ The closing "Yosshaaa!"

Everyone stands up.

Picturing once more the "best year ever, 2026" you imagined in the first exercise, everyone shouts together: "Yosshaaa!"

3. The theoretical frameworks used

The three powers that unlock your potential

1. The power to believe (self-confidence)

2. Gratitude

3. Excitement

The brain's "misunderstanding" theory

There is no difference in the structure or function of the brain itself between those who succeed and those who don't.

The only thing that makes the difference is whether you "misunderstand" that you can, or "misunderstand" that you can't.

It takes roughly six months to rewrite the subconscious; the keys are "environment" and "training (habit)."

A leadership pattern for getting through a pinch

The leader (coach) stays smiling and in good spirits.

The tighter the pinch, the more you "find the fun" and "dance" to shift the vibration of the room.

Real example: a pinch in the Koshien final → encouragement from the bench → a walk-off comeback win.

4. Memorable episodes (key notes)

Uchiyama-san: a founding member who once had no dreams went independent and became an owner running 37 stores.

Yoshida-san: clumsy at the work, but valued for his passion, promoted to store manager, and later running 25 stores.

Pitcher Yuasa (Hanshin): left off the bench in high school, he came to believe in his potential again, and after turning pro went on to become a WBC world champion.

A workshop at a juvenile detention center: touching the children's honest words — "I wish I'd been loved more" — became a formative experience that strengthened his belief in possibility.

The "demon coach" episode: by building trust with a strict coach, they made it to Koshien for the first time in 19 years.

This document was compiled from an audio transcript of Keisuke Ohshima's seminar, focusing mainly on the exercise (experiential, hands-on) elements.

Everyone was thrilled!

Thank you so much!

Afterward, a dinner together!

Truly the best time!
