Yesterday, we held the first edition of the "Sushi Premium Consult Dinner" (Guest: Ken Honda), which was offered as a crowdfunding reward!!
Everyone who attended asked Ken Honda many questions, and he answered each one with great care, and everyone seemed very satisfied.
For this Sushi gathering, we have exclusively reserved "Sushi Teppen," owned by Keisuke Oshima, and not only is the food delicious, but the hospitality of all the staff is warm and wonderful!
While savoring delicious sushi, each guest enjoyed their time with Ken Honda and Takumi Yamazaki, and I believe it was truly a rich and invaluable experience for everyone.
At the end, Ken-san transformed into "Ken Claus" and gave all the participants (and even the kitchen staff at the restaurant!) a gift of his own book along with a ballpoint pen with a personal message.
Everyone present was overjoyed by this surprise!!!
(What a thoughtful and loving person he is!)
It seemed to have been a truly fulfilling and precious time for all the participants, from start to finish.

Hosting yesterday's Sushi-kai reminded me once again of the wonderful nature of "experiencing" things. Being present, sharing the same moment, and feeling it together. I believe it is exactly these kinds of experiences that stay in our hearts and enrich our lives.
