August Has Begun — Time to Tune In and Level Up

A new month is here.
And starting in September, we begin a brand new fiscal year.

How’s your sense of readiness?
Is there a bit of tension in the air?

Let’s pause and reflect.

Here are five key questions to help calibrate your direction:

  1. What is your goal?

  2. What’s going well?

  3. What’s not going well?

  4. So… what needs to change?

  5. What did today’s exercise help you gain?

Try writing out your thoughts.
And if you want, you can even ask ChatGPT for feedback.

I gave it a shot — and here’s what came out 👇

↓↓↓

1) What is your goal?

Clearly defined — and that’s powerful.

  • Immediate goal: Secure a bonus starting this September

  • Mid-to-long-term goal: Prepare for a comeback as an FC member starting September 2027
Having both short- and long-term objectives shows great vision.
Also, anchoring your aim with a specific metric — like the “64-point” benchmark — gives you a strong axis.

2) What’s going well?

You’re beginning to reignite your inner motivation.

External momentum:

  • The market climate is improving

Internal activation:

  • A powerful reconnection with Dr. Tomabechi

  • A mindset shift: placing dreams outside your current reality

This is the start of a positive loop of “Environment × Awareness × Commitment.”
Especially meaningful: the moment you decided to rise again — that’s what we call self-determination in coaching.

3) What’s not going well?

Here lie the seeds of your next breakthrough.

  • The “64-point” goal still lacks concrete definition

  • It’s unclear who you’re supporting and what role you’re playing

  • The original sense of excitement is missing — the internal gears aren’t aligned

Also worth noting:
You might be prioritizing “doing it well” over freeing your true self.

4) So, what now?

Your ideas are sound — and here’s how they can be broken into steps:

Step 1: Define what “64 points” means

  • Reflect on what worked during your FC days

  • Break it down by “numbers,” “actions,” and “contributions” like a scorecard

Step 2: Visualize next-term actions

  • Decide not only what to do — but what not to do

  • Prioritize amidst your current commitments (Amway, coaching, film, book, etc.)

Step 3: Map your people

  • Whose success will also drive yours?

  • Identify those you genuinely want to support (emotionally and strategically)

Step 4: Reimagine a 10X goal

  • Envision something 10x bigger — in scale, impact, joy, and reward

  • A future where your brightest self = the world’s greatest joy

5) What did today’s reflection give you?

Clarity.
You realized: confusion comes not from too much to do, but from not organizing what to do.

That meta-awareness is gold.
Once you see and sort things clearly, you regain your willpower and momentum.

Final Note

You’re already headed in the right direction.
The only thing missing? Your map.

Once you create that map — a clear action plan, priorities, and support system —
Your talent and determination will turn into unstoppable force.

You already have everything it takes.
All that’s left is to align and unleash.

As a next step, consider doing a short structured session — like a “thought inventory sheet” — to organize your mind and get moving with fresh clarity.

  • Step 1: Activate Your Brain as a Cosmic Antenna 🧠

Nikola Tesla believed that the brain could function as an antenna, receiving information from a universal source of knowledge.
To him, invention was the act of tuning into messages from the cosmos.

Modern neuroscience supports this idea to a degree—our brains process vast amounts of information unconsciously, and only a small fraction reaches conscious awareness.

  • Step 2: Preparing to Enter a Receptive State

    Set the Environment

    • Choose a quiet, dimly lit space.

    • Turn off notifications and maintain a room temperature of around 18–20°C.

    • Keep a pen and notebook near your bed.

    Relax the Body

    • Do light stretches and take 5–7 deep breaths.

    • Release tension especially in the neck, shoulders, and face to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

    Calm the Mind

    • Clearly visualize the problem you want to solve or the inspiration you wish to receive.

    • Gently affirm: “I am ready to receive.”

    Focus the Awareness

    • Close your eyes and direct your inner gaze toward the crown of your head (7th chakra area).

    • Allow thoughts to pass like clouds—observe them without chasing.

    Entering Sleep

    • Tesla reportedly used a method involving a small metal ball and a plate, where the ball would fall and wake him just as he drifted into sleep.

    • He believed inspiration came at that threshold and would immediately jot down any insights.

  • Step 3: Intentional Pre-Sleep Programming

Before sleeping, set a specific question or intention for what you want to receive (e.g., “What’s the most impactful phrase for my presentation?”).
Imagine the emotions and outcomes—success, joy, peace—then surrender the intention with full trust.

  • Step 4: Build a Habit of Writing Things Down

    • Write down your intention or desire briefly in a notebook before bed.

    • If anything comes to you during the night, jot it down even if you're half asleep.

    • Review and record insights again upon waking.

  • Step 5: Resting the Brain While Staying Connected

    • Right before sleep, calm your mind with gentle breathing or meditation.

    • Silently affirm: “I am connected to universal energy.”

    • Enter the theta brainwave state—the threshold between conscious and subconscious.

This is the prime state for receiving inspiration.
Tesla, Edison, Dali, and Einstein are all said to have used similar methods.

  • Step 6: Morning Review and Action

    • Upon waking, review your notes and trust the content.

    • Even the most unexpected idea might be the key to your breakthrough.

  • Bonus: Tesla’s Sleep Cycle & Personal Habits ✨

    • Ultradian Rhythm: Tesla reportedly used polyphasic sleep—multiple 20-minute naps throughout the day, totaling just around 2 hours of sleep, yet still felt fully restored and creative.

    • Lucid Dreaming: He is said to have trained himself to remain conscious during dreams and conduct experiments within them.

    • Morning Rituals: Moving his toes 100 times and slowly drinking water under sunlight to “lock in” information and energize his brain-body circuit.

  • Theoretical and Scientific Background

    • Theta Waves (4–7 Hz): This semi-sleep state is optimal for creativity, intuition, and receiving inspiration.

    • Default Mode Network (DMN): This brain network activates during rest and is linked to deep creative thought and intuition.

    • Incubation Effect: Taking breaks from a problem allows the unconscious mind to work behind the scenes, often producing solutions unexpectedly.

〜〜〜

🔍 Then I Asked ChatGPT...

Tell me about lucid dreaming, and how to use it to consciously create the future!

🌀 What Is Lucid Dreaming?

Key Features

  • You're aware that you're dreaming.

  • You can sometimes control the dream.

  • You can experience things impossible in real life (e.g., flying or talking to your past self).

  • You gain direct access to the subconscious.

Potential Uses

  • Creative inspiration (problem-solving, invention)

  • Overcoming fears (by rehearsing challenging situations)

  • Healing from trauma

  • Clarifying and strengthening future visions

🌱 7-Step Process to Use Lucid Dreams for Future Creation

🧭 Step 1: Clarify Your Ideal Future

  • How do you feel when you wake up?

  • Where are you? With whom? What are you doing?

  • Describe the emotions: joy, pride, awe.
✍️ Exercise: Write out your “Perfect Day 10 Years From Now” like a movie script.

🌙 Step 2: Start a Dream Journal

  • Write down your dreams first thing in the morning—daily if possible.

  • Recalling details strengthens your dream awareness.

  • This also trains your “dream self” to be more conscious.

🌌 Step 3: Practice Reality Checks

  • Ask yourself during the day: “Am I dreaming?”

  • Try stretching your finger (if it bends oddly, you’re dreaming) or checking a clock twice (if it changes, it’s a dream).

  • This habit may carry into your dreams.

🛏 Step 4: Visualize Your Future Right Before Bed

  • Replay your ideal future vividly using all your senses.

  • Intend clearly: “Tonight, I will experience this in my dream.”
🌙 Example: “Tonight, I’ll meet my future self and see myself smiling in success.”

✨ Step 5: Meet Your Future Self in a Lucid Dream

  • If you realize you’re dreaming, actively look for your future self.

  • Talk with them, visit their home, see their lifestyle.

  • Even if fears arise, try to interact with those too.

🎨 Step 6: Bring the Dream Experience Into Reality

  • Upon waking, record everything from the dream: visuals, emotions, words, sensations.

  • The more vividly you remember, the more it becomes a “real memory” that shapes your actions.

📅 Step 7: Take Inspired Action in the Real World

  • Use insights from your dream as inspiration for real-life steps.

  • Mimic a small part of what your future self did in the dream.

🎁 Use Case: Turning Future Dreams Into Lived Memory

Example:
You dream of being a successful author, sitting in your writing studio, reading fan letters from around the world. You're overwhelmed with joy and pride.

By anchoring that vision as a memory, your subconscious begins working to recreate it—gently guiding your real-world choices toward that future.
