Everything is a reflection of the mind
and it is meaningless unless we look at the source of the reflection.
Everyday,
even painful memories,
or the news,
or the deepest fears,
everything is a reflection.
The true source is in the heart.
Where is the root that created the emotion?
1) Physical sensation work
How are the emotions expressed in the body?!
2) Ask questions to the deeper consciousness.
Then, go to that moment.

Then go back to the past, and also to the reality where there is no fading of the feeling at all,
And then return to the present.
