In the future era,

go to meet/discover the new you!

At that time

It's necessary to move beyond

the fear of going outside the box.

When you feel anxious

I say out loud "Fuan (anxious in Japanese) Tastic"

and get over it!

Fantastic! Thank you!

Being Motivated and Eager are two very different things

https://djaoi.blog.jp/archives/89830273.html?t=1

When you say 'motivate'

I think most people think of mental things like 'being eager or getting excited'.

Motivation and eagerness are two completely different things.

Being "eager" is a transient thing that is not dependent on purpose.

I think of it as 'just a whim."

You can be inspired on a whim and get a rush of adrenaline, but it never lasts.

It can be a great help in a momentary race like a short-distance run,

but it is not a good driving force for long-term competitions like work or study, where sustainability is required.

Motivation is about establishing and sustaining universal motivations.

'Why do you do this work, why do you study?'

Have a theoretical reason for your action by clarifying your why.

Rather than inspiring one to "do their best!"

Clarifying the motivation of why you have to do what you do is what "increasing motivation" means.

One does not need to be eager to work or study

There is no need there to cram in idealism.

No need to hype yourself up.

No need to pump up adrenaline

People perform best when they are relaxed, not over-excited

Not too excited, not too tense

but in an environment that is relaxed and just right.

When the motive is clear,

the best performance is achieved.

Don't misunderstand the meaning of the word "motivate".

You don't need to be or feel eager. Just have a clear understanding of the way to your motivation.

It's perfect once that becomes a habit
