Founded a junior high school hardball club at the age of 26.

For 25 years, coached many junior high school students as a manager and general manager.

Nearly 40 players later participated in Koshien.

 

After passing the baton of the club to the next generation

After handing over the reins to the next generation, the club was officially renamed Shimonoseki International High School in January 2022.

In January 2022, he officially became the coach of the Shimonoseki International High School baseball team.

 

In the summer of 2022, the team won the Koshien championship. Japan's No. 1. (We are waiting for you!)

 

Using what he learned through Motivation Switch Coaching

and  NLP, he pushes the switch of motivation for the players.

 

Currently, he is an administrative staff at a public high school.

For Shimonoseki International High School, a private high school.

he works as an external coach ⚾.
