"The quality of our questions is the quality of our life."... "What can we learn from this event?"

What I learned from "Manayui" method.

I was able to verbalize what I was looking for.

I always find myself thinking about how I can covert and "evolve"

the "information" that comes to me into something more.

Because of that,

I want to help support everyone to return to their "original state".

Human weakness weaves a story out of life and

we grow with pain.

I want to establish a system of growth and learning

that helps people grow back to their "true selves"

without pain and unnecessary time.

Connect with the Source.

Acceptance

Acknowledge

Forgive

and Love!

From the method of going to the Source and getting a bucket of "motivational water" and sharing it with everyone from the big bucket,

I want to help everyone receive "motivational water"  continually (like Mer Lion) from the without drying up.

And how do we fix that?!

Calling their name

Acknowledge the person's existence.

Another way is to

bring them to Ise Jingu Shrine.

Including having the person go alone,

I received an inspiration that that is an easy way.

ManaYui method

Verbalize and release into the Universe what you are thinking.

Verbalize and release, how you want the future to be. What will make you happy.

Accept yourself that thought such and such.

Lean into your "current state".

Lean into your "desired state."

Negativity Capability

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
■ The profound meaning of "Q=A"
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The following is a teaching that has changed my life.

Q=A

This stands for "Question=Answer"

What it means is.

"The answer to a question is determined by the question you ask."

Many people in the world spend their days in this way without realizing it.

1:Our thoughts are created by "questions"
2:Our thoughts are designed to search for "answers" to questions.
3:The quality of our questions is the quality of our life.

1: Our thoughts are created by "questions

2: Our thoughts are designed to search for "answers" to questions.

3: The quality of our questions is the quality of our life.

Our thoughts are always made up of "questions to ourselves"

and "answers to those questions."

For example, when we arrive at work in the morning, we ask

"What are my plans for today? (Q)" - "Are you meeting with Mr. A? (A)

What did I wear last time I met Mr. A? (Q)"-"White clothes. (A)

Then which one do you wear this time? (Q)" ...

In this way, Q→A continues to be our thinking.

We are trained by studying for examinations and school tests.

The answer to the question (Q) given by the school is ____.

We were trained to write "the answer written in the textbook (A)" as quickly and without error was much as possible.

But it is the ability to "ask your own questions" that hugely affects our lives.

This is because the human brain is like a Google search engine,

and "the brain tries to answer the questions that are asked."

In other words, there is no such thing as positive or negative thinking; there are only positive and negative questions.

When something happens,

If you ask, "Why does this always happen!?"

One answer after another, blaming someone else, will pop into your head.

But when the same event happens if you instead ask,

"What can we learn from this event?" you will have a lesson to learn, and you will be more likely to be able to take the lesson and make better choices.

When you take on a new challenge, if you ask yourself
"What if it doesn't work out?"
you will likely be confronted with one unsettling situation after another.

On the other hand, when you challenge  yourself, if you ask
"How can I make it more enjoyable?"

"How can I enjoy this more?"

you will likely come up with a series of things you can to do make it more fun for you.

In other words,

It is not the circumstances or events that determine your life,

but the questions you are asking yourself at the time that determine your life.

As you move into the future, ask yourself, "What kind of person do I want to grow into?"

And when you experience something, ask, "What can I learn from this?"

Your life will be completely different from those who ask questions like, "What if I fail?" or "What if I can't do it?"

Questions create thoughts, thoughts create decisions, and decisions determine the future.

The quality of your questions is the quality of your life.

I hope this gives you some clues.
