My friends book was published〜〜〜

I've always been uncomfortable in front of people.
It was hard to express myself.
I've always been reclusive.
and for 20 years, I have lived my life worrying about how others see me.
I married and became a housewife
while raising two children.
I started to think about "my own life".
I wrote down about my life in a notebook
and started to think seriously about it.
Then at the bookstore, I came across a book

and I felt a switch turn on in my heart!
