I'm learning today took
but I realize that there are so many things
that I should do!!!
I have my own "iron rule patterns"
but I realized that it's important to make
that "visible to everyone"
For all "successful leaders"
it's important to make things "visible" (by verbalizing)
and to share that with friends.
Also, I need to get those flow charts
out of my head and onto paper
so that people can understand with one look
what I've been doing with my "senses" ♪
I probably have a side of me that thinks 〜〜〜
Watch and learn!
Steal what you can from me!
(=a sort of Showa era way of thinking)
Eshima-san, you grasped it〜〜〜
We're waiting for you〜〜〜

【Mental Seed】
(p:115 excerpted from "Intellectual Regret")
TAKUMI: Surprisingly, there are many people who torment themselves excessively
SOPHIE: If we keep on blaming ourselves unnecessarily, we continue to create negative karma, and create negative seeds.
TAKUMI: It's like when you're telling scary stories, the ghosts and spooks gather.
When you blame yourself, it continues to attract more situations where you blame yourself even more.
Having no regrets and no remorse are two very different things.
Logically recognizing what the cause was, and knowing what you should not have done, that is intellectual regret"
What this page taught me.

One of the important things in this era of the Air Element, is your level of "meta cognition"
It's important to know, What do I like?
but I realize that it's also just as important to know, What do I dislike?
Being remorseful was also just causing me undue suffering.
I can think of many instances in the past like this.
In other words, I continued to forever create negative karma and create negative seeds.
In this era of the AIR where our "hearts" are more important than physical possessions and money,
this intellectual regret is one of the ways to make ourselves lighter!
"Reflecting on yourself, but not criticizing yourself or judging others"
This is what this page in the book "Mental Seed" helped me to realize.
It enabled me to plant another good seed!
This book teaches me how to plant the seed of consciousness that I need most at the time.
