"Mustard Fish Curry" 
"Rice" 
"Spiced Rappe" 

★Tools to use
Induction range 2 ( for rice and curry) 
Large frying pan (for curry) 
Mid sized sauce pan (for rice) 
Small sauce pan (spiced rappe) 
Food processor (for spiced rappe) 

★Curry ingredients (for 4 people)
Esante Oil    3 tbsp
Garlic           3 cloves  (minced) 
Grain mustard   2 tbsp
Onions 2  (half sliced) 
Green 
Green chili 1 (minced) ※if you don't have it shoshito is okay too 
Coconut milk 400 ml 
Cod fish (Cut into bite sizes) 
Coriander (for decoration) 

Lemon juice   1 tbsp 
Nanpla           5 tbsp 
Salt               Some 
Turmeric powder    1 small tsp 
Red chili powder     1/2 tsp 
Cardamon powder   1 tsp 
Coriander powder     1 tbsp 


★How to make it
①Set the large frying pan to IR8 with Asante oil.  Fry the garlic and grain mustard. 
②Once it starts browning, add the onions, and set to IR plate mode 220 degrees, put on a top and heat until simmering. 
③As the onions start to cook and give off a fragrance, turn off the fire and add the spices and chili and mix it. After that, also add the coconut milk and mix it. 
④Start on IR8 heat, and as it starts boiling, add the cod fish, and place a top, and let it simmer for about 3 minutes on IR6. 
⑤Once the fish cooks through, add the lemon juice and adjust taste with nampla. 

⭐️Spiced Rappe ingredients (for 4 people)
carrots 2 
Salt     1 tsp 
Rice vinegar   2 tbsp 
Organic sugar  1 tbsp 
Olive oil     1 tbsp 
Cumin seed 1/2 heaping tsp 


⭐️How to make it 
①Add salt, vinegar, organic sugar in FP work bowl, and set the shredder blades. 
②Shred carrots with FP 
③In a small sauce pan, add the olive oil and cumin seed and start heading at IR8. Once around the cumin seeds start bubbling and popping and the fragrance moves to the oil, move  to the work bowl and stir in quickly

★RIce
3 cups 
Cleaned water (same amount as rice) 
Tiny bit of Esante

★How to make 
①Add into a medium sized sauce pan all the ingredients and cook until boiled at IR8, then →turn down to 2.
