The message I picked up from this.

I wanted tips on how to control my own emotions to I picked up and re-read this book "Your Emotional Switch"

At the end of the book, there is a chapter called "In closing and in the future"
This part really spoke to me.

After corona settles, will we once again be able to live a normal life?
Will a time like that come or not?
No one can give a clear answer on that and so that leaves us with continued uncertainty.

However, it is also true that many people are trying to change.

Things that were right until now may not be right for the coming future.

There will likely be such cases.
Especially in times like these, it's good to be able to discard rules that are no longer useful.

In my case,
I had my own rule that "Busy" meant "things are going well".
However, just being busy meant that I was filling up my time,
but my "future would remain unchanged"
I also had my own rules that "separated" what was good and bad.
However, I learned that instead of separating, there is also a way to "combine" things well.

We can create our own new rules, as much as we want!

To those who can't think of their own rules, please try even one of the 19 rules that are written in this book "Your Emotional Switch"

I pray that you will find your very own "my rule" that will fill your heart with kindness.
