When you move your muscles ・・・
it releases "growth hormones" !
So it's good for
"anti-aging"
"supple skin"
"increased motivation"
"deeper sleep"
"quicker recovery"
"mental stability"
"releasing stress" ・・・very convincing
Especially,
doing squats using the large muscle groups,
so its "easier to lose weight" and "increase metabolism"
