so I'm studying it now!

What is a TEAL organization？！

No hierarchical relationships
no sales goals 
or even budget?! 


↓↓↓In the past there was・・・

RED＝In the primitive era 
Dominated by power！(=The boss must be the strongest) 
example) wolves, gangs, yakuza's 

Amber organization＝The army 
Dominated through rules 
Its spread is weak. 
Has penalties 
Emphasis on stability 
No challenges 

Orange organization（=Many businesses）
The merit system. Meritocracy. 
For expanding profit!!!! 
Wars 
Dominated by money and status 
Expansion of profit 

 Green organization 
family！
Respect for diversity 
Equal relations, like a family and buddies. 
Employees →called "crew" or "cast"
Emphasis on values and culture 
Still somewhat of a pyramid. 
Visionary companies 
Internal is important 
Meaning of existence, values 
Everyone's a family! →Difficulty in not being able to decide 
The people at the top have the latest information and values   
Creates a gulf between those at the bottom！！！

Teal organization（Like an organism・・・）

Flat/equal (There is no top or bottom in an organism) 
＝if there was it would come apart

Has a noble purpose to continue to evolve！！！
Individuality and human relations co-exist, 
and each person manages themselves 
based on their own sense of what's right! 

Purpose of existence=mission (the purpose of using their life) 

Freedom→ from having to be concerned about others or holding back from others ！！！
Like friends and buddies ＝Have all types of personalities in the company. 
Use your talents, personality and feelings....just as they are!!! 

Dominate through power 
Dominate through rules 
Is it useful? 
Is it a family?
