The founder of Christians is not Deus, it's Jesus Christ.
The founder of Islam is not Allah, it's Mohammed.
The founder of of Buddhism isn't Nyorai Buddha, it's Gautama Siddhartha.
So, who then is the founder of Shinto ・・・?
Shinto is originally not a "religion" in the sense that you could line it up with Buddhism or Christianity.
Originally, Japanese naturally had a heart of nature worship and ancestor worship. Even Shotoku Taishi did not necessarily think that if he accepted Buddhism, that he had to forsake the original gods of Japan.
That's why during Edo period, many people worshipped both Buddha and God together. If the Japanese god was a "religion" such a thing would not exist. In reality, there was never anyone called Shintoists both now or previously.
There were some scholars in the Edo era who thought that wasn't good. These were "national scholars" like Norinaga Motoi and Atsutane Hirata. There people researched and said, let's respect the traditional gods of Japan more, and systemized God. So, if asked who the founder of Shinto is, it would likely be these people.

When you feel irritated, first try writing it out in roughly 1500-1600 words.
If you've done this before, you'd know,
but its easy to impulsively throw around words,
but actually integrating it into words that make sense is really difficult.
The things that you were so sure that "I'm right!"
when you put it into words, a whole bunch of inconsistencies show up,
and even the things you were so sure about, become questionable.
By generating your emotions in words and visualizing it,
words that you never thought of yourself come up,
and you can salvage the "the things you wanted to say that you never knew about"
This moment brings quite a good feeling,
and the impulsive anger is already gone by then.
That impulsive feeling of irritation is sort of like inside your head being all cluttered
You're just throwing around the first words you can get ahold of.
Putting it into writing is like putting all the words that were all over the place, and organizing it.
But you can't connect it with just the words thrown around,
so in order to organize things well, you need to pull out other words from the drawers.
The words cluttered everywhere is your emotions, and what connects it is words of reason.
By connecting your emotions with words of reason, you can generate "what you wanted to say"
Basically, you can't know what you want to say with just your emotions.
If you want to know what you truly think,
write it in words first.
