Akio Hiramoto, founder of Hiramoto-style communication
（Adler School of Professional Psychology M.A.）of which there are very few in Japan.
Master's Degree Tokyo University （Major in clinical psychology)
Worked successive jobs as the psychology professor at welfare academy and as the psychology counselor at hospitals.
In 1995, after lose both parents in the Hanshin Awaji earthquake in 1995, he made up his mind to travel to the United States.
With the Adler psychology at the base, he learned and acquired over 600 types of psychology and body work and meditation, and integrated the multiple methods.
In the USA, he introduced coaching for the first time to grade schools, state prisons, psychiatric day care etc.
In 2001 after the New York terrorist act, he returned to Japan. He now provides coaching for Beijing Olympic gold medalist, major league players, top athletes and well-known actors and managers of listed companies. He also supports leaders in various industries such as medical welfare, education, politics and entertainment as well as entrepreneurs.
