Apparently it'll swell a little in the morning, but if I can get through today I'll be okay.

You cannot force success,
but you can be worth of it

Best selling author Og Mandino who has sold over 35 million copies
of his book in 22 countries said the following.
"We cannot force success,
We can only do what is worthy of success. "
Whatever it is the you want,
You must "be worthy of what you desire."
If you easily got what you want without trying so hard, that means that your actions were "worthy of success".
On the other hand, say that you wanted something in January and you tried your best but didn't get the results that you wanted.
Whether its a diet or increasing your income or sales, or creating new relationships or improving daily relationships, cleaning your room, etc. say that you didn't achieve the goal you set out for in January.
What's important is not "whether you gave it your best"
but only whether you "took the actions that were worthy of success."
In the past, when talking with a specialist in sports psychology,
we talked about
"Those who get the gold medals of the world,
are not those who suffered the most.
It is those who did the actions that
are worthy of the gold medal."
The first class and suer first class athletes or businesses,
are always trying new things, one after another.
As a result, sometimes their performance or results may go down for a time.
They are asked, "Why are you doing so many new things?
It was going well before, so you should just do the same thing...."
People who don't know may say that.
However, the truth is that they know that "continuing to aim for success and continuing to change" is the "action that is worthy of first or super first class."
In other words, no matter what field you are in, if you desire success,
what's important is "whether you are doing the things that are worthy of success."
Whether its succeeding in cleaning your room,
or succeeding in increasing sales,
succeeding in love,
or succeeding in losing weight,
what is important is checking whether the "the actions you take" or "don't take" are worthy of what you hope for.
There is a law that states "everything is made from 2 times."
Everything that's around us, once its imagined "inside the head" of somebody, and the second time its become reality.
So first you must imagine it in your mind.
Even success starts with just a "wish."
But if you keep focusing your heart on that desire,
then the "temperature of that desire rises."
And when the temperature of your visualization rises, then the process for realization starts moving.
Imagine, and focus on your wishes.
1)Write out, is there anything in your life that you want to improve?
(ie: income, health, sales, team, human relationships, lifestyle, English etc)
and,
2)Visualize yourself succeeding
What that success looks like may differ from person to person.
If one says they "want to succeed in their lifestyle"
for A that may mean living in a high-rise building in a model like room.
for B that may mean being in a house that is like a library, surrounded by books.
So go with your own image of success, not someone elses.
Imagine "what feels like success to you"
3)Then, what are the actions that are worthy of that success?
What actions are worthy of success?
What actions should you avoid to be worthy of success?
Your current state is the results of your choices.
It is nothing more than a reflection of what you have and haven't done.
The future is different from the past.
The results of the future, are decided by the choices you make from now.
What you do and what you don't do.
If you make choices that are worthy of success,
success will come to you, as part of the flow of nature.
