Common rules of success of multimillionaires =”started earlier and experienced more trial and error than others"

The time to repair the roof is when the sun is shining.

John F. Kennedy
(35th American President 1917~1963)

On rainy days, it's "oh, the roof is leaking"
However, the time to repair the roof isn't when it's already raining.
It should be when the sun is shining.

The last day of 2019.

What are the roofs that you need to repair?!

Bottom up theory

I think this is so important for this coming era〜

From second-class to first-class
The results will follow as you become a better person.

What's the opposite of bottom-up?
Top down!!!

Practice 3 times a week
Independent practice 3 times a week

Just doing what you're told by the person above?!
Thinking for yourself and acting!

Heart rate
Practice based on the pulse
180〜200(quality over quantity=Close to a match)

Communication with the players
ZasSou = small talk(Zatsudan)  and advice (Soudan)

Practice, Strategy and Players too・・・all decided by the team members。

□■━━━━━
■ Multimillionaires compete in "starting" speed
□■━━━━━

┌1) The true entity of multimillionaires
   not shown in Mangas
└──────

" The 20 million yen retirement fund issue"

This was a keyword in 2019.

Much like the "lifted ban of side jobs"
the era of full-fledged self-responsibility has come.

Such problems related to "money" especially
cause confusion.

That's exactly why we need to be calm
and expand our perspective.

What is your image of "multi-millionaire's" or "rich people"
The TV and internet have as usual humorously exaggerated things.

Regarding this, there is an interested survey.

At the beginning of 2012, there was a fact-finding survey implemented for multimillionaires.

The target was  the world's billionaires listed on 2012 Forbes. ( with over 1 billion dollars in assets)

The improve the accuracy of the survey, the company implementing the survey, PwC in the USA who hosted this survey applied ingenuity.

--------
Ingenuity 1
--------

Excluded those who gained their wealth
through inheritance, marriage or reasons
unrelated to their own ability

--------
Ingenuity 2
--------

Excluded those who built their wealth
in a market that lacks transparency
--------
Ingenuity 3
--------

Furthermore, they selected randomly
to exclude regional and industrial biases.

Narrowed down like this, the target for the survey was 【120】people.
PwC did thorough research and analysis, beginning with a local interview.

As a result, they discovered the true story of multimillionaires that varied from the popular image.

┌2)Multimillionaires compete in "starting" speed
└──────

The truth was this.

∴‥∵‥∴‥∵‥∴

1)94% of the target, failed at their first business,
and succeeded in a business that was their 2nd or later.

2)50% of the target
were a part of society (left home) before 18.

3)75% of the target
  started a business once
before the age of 30.

4) 75% of the target,
took initiative in getting experience in sales.

∴‥∵‥∴‥∵‥∴

No matter what,

"They started earlier than others,
and failed more times than others."

This was the common rule of success of multimillionaires.

Let's think here.

Many people are concerned about the speed with which they reach their goal.

But what successful people value more is
the speed of "starting"
and the speed of "getting back up after failure".

All the more reason to aim to
be able to stand on the start-line quickly in 2020.

I hope this is useful in giving you an opportunity to start-dash.

Thank you for reading.

We've entered the long holidays now.

I stayed in my house, reflecting on the year, thinking about net year, but no good ideas came...

This phrase that jumped out at me when I opened this book "The Trip of Attraction" helped me switch my feelings.

I cut out the part that made me feel like enjoying!

↓↓

【The Trip of Attraction】(excerpted from page 90)

『Perhaps if you go somewhere that's different from usual

and, as if you are somewhere very special

think about the future there,

the world you will see and the scenery will be a cheerful one.

Why I chose this↓↓

My actions have very clear patterns.

Because my actions are that way, my thought are also very patterned.
Therefore, "Just sitting in a different seat and seeing a different scenery" is something that's hard for me to recognize.

This year end/new year, I have a good chunk of time.

I received advice to  think about things that are  "not urgent but important" during this time.

Today I was thinking at home, but perhaps it was because I was in "the same place as always", there were no really good ideas.....

So I picked up this book to switch my mood and these words jumped to at me.

I left my house right away, changed places and am gonna re-think.

I was once taught that Japanese ”have an excellent ability to switch their feelings."

Welcoming 2020 makes me feel a bit floaty.

Those who are going back to their home town, traveling, or meeting friends they don't usually meet except during these times, many will likely be in a situation that's "different from the usual you".

It's the same for me too.

Let's enjoy a different side of ourselves too, and enjoy this special world perspective and take time to think about our future.

Please do bring this book "The Trip of Attraction" along with you.
May you all enjoy a wonderful trip.
