Are you meditating?!
Ask Yourself These 3 Questions Before Meditation:
1. Who am I?
2. What do I truly desire?
3. What is the purpose of my life?
“I’ve known this for a while...” — But Still Not Taking Action
No matter how many times you hear it,
how many times you’re told it,
or how many times you say you understand it—
there’s still a gap between knowing and doing.
And when people finally take action,
they often say:
“I’ve known this for a while, actually.”
But here’s the thing:
It’s not just that you’re falling behind by waiting—
you’re actually shortening your life.
Let that sink in.
I’d love to connect with people who are creating videos using AI.
Let’s co-create a 20-minute visual piece—something beautiful and scenic, together!
If that sounds like you,
please feel free to email our team at:

✨ It would be super helpful if you could include “Taiwan” and “AI video” in the subject line!
Looking forward to hearing from you 🌱
✅ Stage 1:Awareness and Gaining Knowledge
Knowledge comes before experience.
When you understand why you meditate and what for, the how becomes much easier.
True transformation begins when knowledge is practiced, experienced, internalized—and demonstrated.
✅ Stage 2:Meditation Practice and Early Changes
Start your day not with your phone or the news, but with meditation.
Even just 1 to 7 days can bring small but noticeable shifts—like better sleep or reduced pain.
The key is to focus and truly be in the now.
✅ Stage 3:Breaking Through Difficulties and Tasting Victory
Uncomfortable emotions like anxiety or frustration during meditation are not obstacles—they’re openings.
Instead of giving in to the urge to quit, ask: “What lies beyond this?”
This inner battle—you vs. you—is the real work. There’s no such thing as a bad meditation.
In fact, the hardest meditations are often the most valuable.
✅ Stage 4:Releasing Trauma and Emotional Baggage
Revisiting old trauma can be meaningful—but getting stuck there is dangerous.
The goal is emotional release—freedom from the past.
A memory without emotional charge becomes wisdom.
Instead of wishing to change the past, many come to feel:“Because of that past, I’ve become who I am today.”
✅ Stage 5:Physical and Emotional Transformation
Releasing emotions unleashes stored energy in the body. Particles turn into waves. Matter becomes energy.
- Physiological results may include:
Changes in gene expression
Nervous system rewiring
Hormonal and chemical balance
✅ Stage 6:Forgiveness and True Freedom
Forgiveness is not something you force—it arises naturally when emotions are released.
You begin to realize: “Feeling good just feels better.”
When oxytocin (the love hormone) rises, it becomes impossible to hold on to resentment.
Forgiveness is the act of freeing both yourself and the other person.
✅ Stage 7:Self-Transformation and Creating a New Reality
「You’re no longer defined by “what happened to me.”
You define yourself by what you choose now.
New thoughts → new feelings → new actions → new experiences → a new self/new personality (personal reality)
And ultimately—a new life.
🧠 Summary: The 7 Stages of Transformation
Gain understanding (knowledge)
Practice daily (meditation)
Face your emotions (and overcome resistance)
Let go of the past
Allow physiological and neurological change
Experience natural forgiveness
Create a new self and reality
While leading a manifestation seminar,
my own blocks got released—and wow, it hit me hard! 😂
It’s funny how you don’t even realize what’s been holding you back
until it’s gone.
That’s the thing about blocks…
they’re invisible until they’re not.
Right now, I’m in Shonan,
waiting for a friend at Aloha Table.
Apparently, the menu’s the same as the one in Hawaii.
Props to Zetton Inc.—seriously amazing.
A Nagoya-based restaurant group, right?
Yuuki used to work at the Aloha Table in Nagoya, I think.
I’ve been craving an acai bowl,
so I’m happily digging in.
Might go for pancakes once my friend arrives.
And yeah… all this is making me want to visit Hawaii.
Now that Trump Tower has turned into a Hilton property,
the rooms must be newly renovated—I kind of want to go check it out.
So, what is “manifesting” anyway?
At first glance, it’s about turning your desires into reality.
But at a deeper level, it’s about returning to your true self.
The “you” who wishes,
and the “you” who already has it—
they’re not separate.
They’re the same person.
Which means that becoming that version of you
is simply… coming home to yourself.
Thank you, Dr. Joe Dispenza.
He says:
“Your personality creates your personal reality.”
Let that land.
Your life is a reflection of your personality.
And he breaks personality down into three things:
Thoughts
Behaviors
Emotions
If you want to change your life,
you have to change your patterns—
you can’t create a new reality, with the same personality.
There’s a video on Dr. Joe Dispenza’s YouTube channel called
“Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.”
He’s the one who’s been scientifically decoding all of this.
We don’t just change in order to heal—
we heal because we change.
Protein expression is life expression.
Your genes express proteins.
Your emotions affect your genes,
and your environment affects your emotions.
So choosing new environments is crucial.
The brain is a record of the past.
As long as you feel separate from something,
you won’t attract it.
But here’s the wild part:
Even your microbiome and facial features
can change in just 7 days.
✨ That’s the power of meditation. ✨
You start to recognize your patterns.
And then,
you realize you can become something greater
than your emotions, greater than your body.
That space—
that place beyond the known—
is the present moment.
There’s a language for transformation.
The end product of every experience… is emotion.
So feel your future now.
Let yourself emotionally experience it before it happens.
We are all creators.
To be abundant, think abundantly
and act like someone who already is.
A coherent heart and an aligned brain are key.
And when your brain enters gamma waves—
that’s where ecstasy lives.
🔄 1. Repeating Life with the Same Thoughts
Many people believe that thoughts create reality, but few are consciously creating their future.
Why? Because they don’t truly believe it.
From morning to night, we repeat the same actions, thoughts, and emotions.
The same neural patterns keep firing. In such a routine, the brain doesn’t rewire—and as a result, neither does your life.
🧠 2. The Nature and Limits of the Brain
The brain is a record of your environment, wired by past experiences.
Stay in the same environment, and your brain will keep producing the same responses.
In other words: when you live under the control of your environment, change cannot occur.
🌀 3. The Thought-Emotion Loop
Thoughts are the language of the brain. Emotions are the language of the body.
Thoughts create emotions, and emotions reinforce those same thoughts—
forming a feedback loop.If this loop continues for years, the body begins to memorize your thinking.
You start living on autopilot. That’s habit. That’s the subconscious.
🧩 4. What Real Change Requires
True change means letting go of who you are right now.
If you want a new reality, but don’t shift your current thoughts, emotions, actions, and memories—nothing will change.
In neuroscience, this is called: building new neural connections = building a new self.
🧠 5. How to Create a New You
Learning new knowledge and insights forms new synaptic connections in your brain.
Learning = Creating connections. Remembering = Strengthening them.
Repeat empowering thoughts (joy, possibility), and your brain will begin to release positive neurochemicals— shifting how you perceive your reality.
🔄 6. Redefining Thought, Emotion and State
of Being
Your state of being = thoughts + emotions.
The quantum field (universal consciousness) responds to the coherence between what you think and what you feel.
You can think positively all you want—but if your emotions don’t match, it won’t manifest.
⏳ 7. Why Self-Transformation Feels Hard-and How to Overcome it
Most people want to change—but don’t actually take action until illness, loss, or crisis hits.
Yes, you can change through pain. But you can also change through joy, wonder, and curiosity.
The hardest part? Making time for yourself, making the time for transformation.
🎁 Summary: Keys to Practicing Transformation
1. Free your brain from habitual routines
2. Become aware of your thought–emotion loop
3. Learn something new
4. Create a new self-image
5. Start feeling and living that new state
6. Set aside sacred time—for your change
🔔 Quote of Wisdom
"If you want a new life, start living as your new self."
Invited by Tamie from Time Waver,
I went to Shonan to a beach house.
It's cloudy today.
I'm glad it's not too hot!
Oops?!
We’re totally out of sync! 😂
Can’t stop laughing! 🤣
So many fellow coaches came by—
and some even said, “I’m joining from the 20th round!” 🎉✨
I used to have a body like this, once upon a time! lol
KICO
Thank you Ms. Tamie
It was hot〜〜〜
Locomoco was delicious
I'll post the photos here as I receive them.

There are two ways to increase the number of people who understand you:
Educate those who don’t.
Find those who already do.
By expanding the range of how and where you express yourself,
you give others the chance to discover you.
And that’s why—almost inevitably—I stepped out into the world.
