  • Self-expression: Realizing the importance of “showing my unfinished self.”

Part 3: Leadership and Project Management

5. FFMB Theory (Free, Front, Middle, Back End)

  • Free: Free information dissemination (SNS, live streaming, etc.).
  • Front End: Narrow down the target audience with low-priced products (3,000-5,000 yen).
  • Middle End: Build strong relationships with mid-priced products (50,000-100,000 yen).
  • Back End: Move toward shared experiences with high-priced products (500,000-1,000,000 yen).

6. How to deal with people with different intentions

  • Everyone has different goals: Event participants have various motivations.
  • Key points for harmony: Assuming differences in intentions, the ability to unite people (a conductor's perspective) is necessary.

7. The difference between leadership and management

Perspective       Management             Leadership

Essence       Managing methods        Creating an environment that motivates people

Effect         Results are achieved, but people leave       People act voluntarily

Solution: It's okay to have two separate roles that complement each other.

 Pritaji's meditation felt great!

It was a zoom where 1100 people joined. Wow!

❶【Presenting the Vision: What is "A Beautiful State"】

  • We live in an era where it is possible to dwell in a “beautiful state of consciousness”—the opposite of suffering—marked by peace, stillness, love, and gratitude.

  • The key theme is the integration of a spiritual way of being with a materially grounded life, rather than favoring one over the other.

  • Symbolizing this balance is “the Buddha in a Benz,” and the vision of “traveling not alone, but with someone you love.”

❷【The Duality of Consciousness: Suffering vs a Beautiful state】

  • Human beings experience suffering or joy not because of external circumstances, but due to their internal state.

  • Suffering includes: anxiety, anger, shame, frustration, loneliness.

  • Beautiful states include: love, gratitude, stillness, inner peace, oneness.

  • Modern people need to intentionally practice returning to this beautiful state of being.

❸【The Definition and Process of Enlightenment】

  • Enlightenment is “a steady, unshakable state of calm consciousness no matter the circumstances.”

  • Like a lotus leaf resting on water, untouched by its wetness—this is the state of the mind.

  • No matter what happens externally, inner peace remains.

  • True enlightenment draws closer when we are freed from the constant inner chatter—mental noise.

❹【Practical Method: Meditation training】

  1. Soul Sync Meditation (for daily practice)

    • Aligns body, mind, and consciousness, helping you connect with your life’s vision.Soul Sync

  2. Serene Mind Meditation (when negative emotions arise)

  3. 4-Day Retreat (FOUR)

    • A deeply transformative experience of consciousness with energy transmission (Deeksha) that activates awakening.

❺【Leadership and Organizational Transformation】

  • The root of global and corporate issues (war, climate crises, polarization) lies in the inner suffering of leaders.

  • Leaders in a “beautiful state” create highly influential, harmonious teams.

  • Introducing meditation into organizations leads to calmer employees who align more naturally with the company’s purpose.

❻【The Meaning of Life and the Concept of Time】

  • The meaning of life lies in “deeply experiencing and living this very moment.”

  • Under stress, time speeds up, and efficiency decreases.

  • By staying in a peaceful, quiet state, time expands, allowing for greater creativity and influence.

     That’s “all”!!!

❼【Summary and Concrete Action Steps】

  1. Hold a spiritual vision
Clarify: “In what state of consciousness do I want to live my life?”

  2. Make Soul Sync meditation a daily habit
Create a space for stillness and intention every day.

  3. Practice Serene Mind for quick emotional recovery

Use it as a reset method when overwhelmed by emotion.

🧠Theme: Free yourself from the Concepts of Positive and Negative, and live with Ease

✅【Step 1】Recognize the Trap of Dualism

  • Concepts like “positive” and “negative” always exist as a pair.

  • For example, if you hold the concept of “success,” its counterpart—“failure”—will inevitably follow.

  • You cannot choose only one side; the more you desire one, the more power you give to the other.

🧩 Theoretical Background:

  • Dualism is a basic structure of cognition. But gaining freedom from it opens up a new way of seeing the world.

✅【Step 2】Detatch Self-Worth from Concepts

  • Tying your value to judgments like “I did it / I failed,” or “beautiful / ugly,” creates suffering.

  • These evaluations are what keep the ego striving to maintain its sense of identity.

🧩 Theoretical Background:

  • Disidentification—the core of mindfulness and non-dualistic philosophy.

✅【Step 3】Don't Identify with Interpretations

  • When you assign meaning to an experience (e.g., “Panic = bad”), you start to become that meaning.

  • As a result, you unconsciously exhaust yourself trying to control or fix the state.

🧩 Theoretical Background:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) emphasizes that “thought ≠ fact.”

  • ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) encourages creating distance from thoughts.

✅【Step 4】Cultivate a Self-Affirming Inner Circuit

  • Tell yourself, “Even in pain, I don’t reject myself.”

  • This builds an inner safe haven—one that allows for anxiety or failure without fear.

🧩 Theoretical Background:

  • Self-compassion—the practice of extending kindness to oneself in moments of suffering.

✅【Step 5】Act "Outside of Concepts"

  • You’re allowed to act. You can have goals.

  • But when your actions aren’t tied to your worth, they become lighter and freer.

  • Even without results or praise, your value remains unchanged.

🧩 Theoretical Background:

  • Non-self and the being mode—valuing being over doing.

✅【Step 6】Separate "Desire" from "Attachment"

  • Desire is okay. But “If I don’t get this, I’m worthless” is attachment.

  • Attachment often stems from a character-driven need to cling to an outdated self-image.

🧩 Theoretical Background:

  • In Buddhism: tanhā (craving) vs upekkhā (equanimity).

  • Transpersonal psychology also emphasizes deconstructing identity.

✅【Step 7】Shift the Happiness Switch to Your "Inner Circuit"

  • Train yourself to feel happiness not from outcomes, praise, or others’ approval—but from your relationship with yourself.

  • Feeling understood by yourself alone becomes a deep source of peace.

🧩🧩 Theoretical Background:

  • Intrinsic motivation (Deci & Ryan’s Self-Determination Theory).

  • The yogic concept of sati—the inner observer.
