What Are the Secrets That Changed My Life?

Stage 1:TUFTI (The Priestess) Raises Questions about "Reality"

  1. The Appearance of Tufti and Her Existence Beyond Time and Space
Tufti is a "priestess from the Temple of Isis 3,000 years ago" who speaks to the reader ("you") across time and space. She is a special being who can move freely to any time or place from the "eternal world."

    Provocative Call to the Reader
Tufti asserts that the reader has never been taught "who they truly are" nor do they understand "the structure of the world."

She harshly claims that "your thoughts and actions are not under your control" and that they are "implanted ideas."

Questions About the Relationship Between Reality and Dreams
While dreams are generally seen as mere illusions, Tufti explains that the "dream space" is like an actual storage warehouse (similar to a movie vault). All things that have happened, could happen, or are yet to occur are stored there. When one dreams, they are interfering with these "films."

Stage 2:The Multi-Layered structure of Reality and the idea that only "now" is real

1. Reality as a Multi-layered Structure

TUFTI explains that "reality exists in layers, like an onion." The reader typically knows only two layers: the "physical reality" (the waking world) and the "dream world."

2. Reality as "The One and Only Now"

According to TUFTI, "reality" is like a single frame in a film that flows from past to future—neither the past itself nor the future itself. The "soul" changes through various forms, like fish or dinosaurs, and reality itself is constantly shifting.

3. Commonalities and Differences Between Dreams and Reality

Commonalities

In both worlds, one is powerless when "asleep."

Both are continuous, like frames in a movie.

Ideally, it is possible to control the movement of either world’s frames

Differences:

However, there are clear differences between dreams and reality (further details will be provided later).

Stage 3:The concepts of "The Sleep of Consciousness" and "The Screen".

  1. Internal and External Screens

    • Human consciousness is constantly immersed in either the "internal screen" (one's own thoughts and fantasies) or the "external screen" (the phenomena occurring around us).
    • While focused on either of these, one is in a "state of unconsciousness (sleep)" and unable to control themselves or their circumstances.
  2. Placing Consciousness on the "Point of Awareness"

    • The key to "awakening," according to TUFTI, is to place consciousness on the "center point" between the internal and external screens.
    • When one’s consciousness is placed in a space where both inner thoughts and outer events can be "simultaneously observed," the person is said to awaken from sleep.
  3. Escaping from Sleep

    • In daily life, people are often distracted by one of the screens and act unconsciously.
    • Awakening requires practice in maintaining awareness in a state where "you see yourself and see reality."

Stage 4:Practice (Walking freely in the Dream /Acting Consciously in Reality)

  1. How to Awaken in the Dream and Analogy

    • Whether in the dream world or the real world, one must first recognize "this is a dream (or a real-world movie)."
    • Without this awareness, consciousness is tossed around by the script (the external flow) and becomes a passive entity.
  2. Suggestion for Conscious Walking (Exercise)

    • Practice "keeping consciousness at the center point" while going out into the streets during light sleep or when in a good mood in the morning.
    • Engage in brief conversations with people around you while maintaining awareness, ensuring you don’t get swallowed by the screen.
    • As a result, those around you (still asleep) will unconsciously sense "something is different" and will approach you more positively.
  3. The Metaphor of the Script and the Movie

    • People who are asleep are merely "characters" following the external script.
    • Awakened individuals (those who have distanced themselves from the screen) can freely move between the characters in the audience seats, as if they were watching the movie.

Stage 5:"Reality Manipulation" Through Consciousness Control

  1. From Loss of Control to Gaining Control

    • When immersed in the screen, one’s life, emotions, and external situations are governed by others or circumstances.
    • However, when consciousness is consciously directed and placed at the center point, it becomes easier to avoid being swept away by situations and to increase personal choices.
  2. The First Step in "Reality Management"

    • TUFTI repeats the phrase "see yourself, see reality" as a form of training to prevent being controlled by external factors.
    • This is described as "the first step in changing reality," with more specific applications to follow.
  3. Don't Unnecessarily Discuss with Friends

    • TUFTI warns that "forcing others to understand the content of this book may not work."
    • Without context, it is easy to misunderstand, and it is important for the individual to read and gradually grasp the sense of it.

Stage 6:The Features and Overall structure of the book (from the explanation part)

  1. The Atmosphere of the Book

    • The entire text unfolds with TUFTI's strong personality and mystical narrative style, allowing readers to experience the sensation of "being directly spoken to by a priestess."
    • Similar to self-help and law of attraction books like The Secret and The Power, many readers report feeling a unique aura simply from reading it.
    •

  2. Author (Vadim Zeland) Background

A mysterious figure who is said to have been a Russian quantum physicist. The Transurfing series is a global bestseller, with some editions being difficult to obtain.

    •

    • In this new work, drawing on quantum mechanics principles, it teaches "reality manipulation" and "how to use consciousness." However, TUFTI's narrative does not directly include technical quantum terms.
  3. 40 Lessons and "Experiential Understanding"

    • The book is composed of 40 lessons by TUFTI, with the goal of guiding readers to "awaken their consciousness" through practical exercises.
    •  Some parts may be difficult to understand after reading only once, but by revisiting and experiencing them multiple times, the concepts gradually become clearer and more intuitive.
    •

  4. The Book Itself as a "Protective Amulet"

    • TUFTI emphasizes that the book itself holds "power" and has a force similar to that of a "good luck charm."
    • It is important for the reader to physically hold the book and feel its tangible presence.

Summary:The Core Message of TUFTI

  • Reality and Dreams Are Essentially the Same: Our world is like a multi-layered "movie," and we usually live in a state of unconsciousness.
  • Consciousness Fluctuates Between "Internal Screen" and "External Screen": As a result, we lose control over our thoughts and actions, merely following the external script.
  • Practice Placing Consciousness at the "Center of Awareness": This is the key to "awakening" and the first step to controlling one's life.
  • When Awakened, Perception of Surroundings Shifts: As consciousness energy flows differently, relationships and situations begin to improve.
  • With Further Practice, "Reality Manipulation" Becomes Possible: A method of "reality selection" and "conscious creation," backed by quantum mechanics.

This is a general theoretical and step-by-step summary of TUFTI's worldview and the handling of consciousness. The book delves deeper into this through specific exercises and additional lessons.

•••I'm looking forward to the 40 exercises.
