What do you eat?
This is a choice made through free will.
To choose, knowledge is needed.

The food you eat is what nurtures the microbiome.
DNA is the vessel.
Inside it, the microbiome exists as content.
What will you eat?!
Who is this?!
Thank you!

What I learned today from the Time wavers...
That I was forgetting and leaving my friends behind.
A lot of people want and need to know from lesson 1.
Yet I tend to talk from lesson 10.
When thinking about what is Lesson 1, what came to mind was
"The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People"
↓↓↓
The "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," which are considered helpful for becoming a successful person, are based on Stephen R. Covey’s book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. These habits illustrate the fundamental practices needed for self-growth, relationships, and success in work. Here’s a quick summary of the key points:
1. Be Proactive
- Successful people take responsibility for their actions and choices, never blaming their environment or others.
- When problems arise, it’s important to adopt a proactive attitude by asking, "What can I do about this?"
2. Begin with the End in Mind
- Set clear goals and envision your ideal life and objectives.
- Develop an action plan based on your mission and values.
3. Put First Things First
- Focus on what’s important and prioritize accordingly.
- Emphasize tasks that are important but not urgent (e.g., planning, preparation, learning).
4. Think Win-Win
- Instead of competing, collaborate and pursue mutual benefits.
- The goal is to find solutions that satisfy both parties.
5. Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood
- Build trust by truly listening to others.
- Before expressing your own views, prioritize understanding the perspective and emotions of others.
6. Synergize
- Work with teams and partners, leveraging each other's strengths to achieve results that couldn’t be accomplished alone.
- Respect diversity and use the power of integrating different ideas and values.
7. Sharpen the Saw
- Continuously improve by balancing the growth of the body, mind, intelligence, and spirit.
- Maintain energy by focusing on rest, health management, and skill development.
---
Key Points for Practicing These Habits
- Habit Formation: Start with small steps and consistently work on them.
- Self-reflection: Regularly review your progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support: Connect with others who share similar goals or mentors.
By incorporating these habits little by little, the overall quality of your life will improve, bringing you closer to your goals! Which of these do you think will be most helpful in your current situation? 😊
