Minami-Yamazaki,

Yugawara Retreat!

To all participants.

Thank you very much!

With the VIP participants〜〜〜♪

The forest walk was great too〜〜〜

What is Retreat?

"Re- and aligning.”

↓↓↓↓

Are you well rested?!

You may not feel stressed,

but you are actually under a great deal of stress!

Close your eyes.

Just meditate.

Just by focusing on the inside of your body

your body will rest and you will be able to use your true power.

When you close your eyes

You can keep chasing the lower hand all the time.

(Game = chasing the escaping hand)

If we open our eyes, it doesn't work!

Supporting our lives is the highest priority

↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓

Not wanting change = homeostasis

The brain judges that

motivation and hard work

can be fatal due to calorie consumption.

= Brain loves to maintain the status quo

You're only using 3% of your brain.

What do you use it for?! = RAS (Your reticular activating system decides)

Bad luck happens = sensitive to misfortune

Rewrite your self-image

You will see, hear and what will happen is

what is appropriate for your self-image

Self-image is

is created by contrast with others.

I have to do my best!

I have to do it!

is not a rewritten self-image!

Motivation

↓↓↓↓

Driven  = I just want to do it (being in the Zone)

How to rewrite your self-image

↓↓↓↓

1) Have a crazy dream → increase the amount of future memory

Be excited! Yesterday's dream is a past memory

Your true dream → 100% altruism

Life map → Get a task manager

2) Change the people you associate with = Successful birds fly together in flocks

  Change where you live

Change how you spend your time

Your life will be the average life of the top 5 people you meet most often

3) Live as if that thing came true.

It will fool your brain to believing it is so.

4) Collect words

Your life will be as good as the words you use

5) Who you want to say thank you to = letter

  Keep a journal (log it)

Until now

I have worked hard to find “what I lacked."

If I continue to notice "what I do have",

=I can demonstrate my true potential!

When you change your "interests"

The "world" will change!

Depth of Learning = Depth of Interest

Einstein and first-class soccer players,

what they have in common is an

"active frontal lobe that recognizes space!"

Awareness of your inner self.

↓↓↓↓

Frontal lobe activated

You can imagine yourself in the future

one that your current self cannot predict

↓↓↓↓

Miracles don't happen when you are within expectations

What is change?!

↓↓↓↓

To add?!

How about in nature?!

↓↓↓↓

Bears hibernate

Tadpoles fast → and then become frogs!

Trees lose their leaves

↓↓↓↓

Perhaps true change is about letting go?!

Humans can't help but

try to do our best.

・And when they can't let go...

 Stress wrecks the brain.

・Meditate for 20 minutes a day.

20 minutes of meditation a day will help your brain recover from the damage.

・Rest and you'll be fine.

Even babies grow while sleeping

During meditation (alpha brainwaves)

Natural killer cells increase

↓↓↓↓

They kill cancer cells

Macrophages

When you take a forest bath

NK cells increase by more than 50% on the second day.

Lucky people react less to failures!

It's odd to them when bad things happen!

↓↓↓↓

Assumptions are important

When breathing is shallow, your consciousness is distracted

Deep breathing → important

Breathe by expanding the diaphragm under the ribs!

Know the patterns that motivate you.

↓↓↓↓

Know how amazing your intuition is!

What you do "for some reason" without really thinking about it.

When you are properly rested and well-rested

you can become a super-synergist!

Create an ON/OFF for your autonomic nervous system

Too much movement →Rest

Too much rest →Move! Allow some stress/instability!

What are chakras...

In the brain, “information is transmitted” by “electrical signals”.

Is “mind” made only by the brain?

When we feel emotion, we feel it in our “body”.

Emotions tend to accumulate in chakras 1-3

Chakras = secretions

Secretions have a frequency.

The place that corresponds to the emotion and its frequency reacts to it

Serotonin becomes melatonin

Melatonin deficiency is serotonin deficiency

Tryptophan creates melatonin

↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

Alpha wave deficiency + poor intestinal environment?

Not being able to turn your attention to something.

↓↓↓↓

Not being able to use your chakras

Focus on each chakra and align with each chakra

In a place where there is a lot of information

it becomes harder to use our chakras to be aware of other people

Forest bathing

Even 15 minutes is effective

Eyes →Watching flickering movement, in an aquarium, fire, snow

Ears  → sounds of the natural world, our skin listens too

Nose → smells of forests, even parks with few trees are effective

Yakushima is the best place. Skin also smells.

Hands→Touching natural things reduces stress.

Stress goes up when touching artificial things

Tatami → Very effective!

Everyone's intestines is so hardened in this modern day!

Sleep well

Chew well, drink plenty of water

Soak in the bathtub

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~~

This is the best!

Inuzuka-kun's camera shot,

Thank you very much!
