The "real reason" why wise people don't take an interest in others
|Teachings of Buddha
Fame and other people's opinions are
"poison" that confuses the mind.
True peace exists “within”.
You can't obtain true peace from the outside world.
The world within
Meditating in nature
What is happening in your heart?
Inner peace
Not influenced by reputation or fame
The courage to let go
It's not easy

True freedom and peace
The eyes of others
↓↓↓
When you seek fame, you meet other people who seek fame
Was this really what I was seeking?
A life that is spend responding to the opinions of those around you?
It means your heart is turned outward
The path to seeking inner peace
has no end.

How to break down a story so that it is easy to understand
*I'll join from the second half!
There are times when something can be obvious to you, but other people may not understand it.
How do you explain it in a way that's easy to understand? Please tell us, gpt-sensei!
↓↓↓How to explain in an easy-to-understand way↓↓↓
Here are some steps to help you explain in an easy-to-understand way.
1. Confirm the other person's assumptions
- First, find out what level of knowledge and understanding the other person has. Adjust the depth and direction of the conversation according to the other person's background and interests.
- Ask questions like “How much do you know about this?” and “What points do you find difficult?” to find out the other person's level of understanding.
2. Give a simple overview of the content
- First, think about whether you can express the content in a single word. Even if it's a difficult concept, explaining the main points in simple words will help the other person to grasp the overall picture.
- For example, if you say “This is a basic way of thinking about ○○”, it will be easier for the other person to understand the direction of the story.
3. Incorporate specific examples
- Use familiar concrete examples to explain difficult concepts. It will be easier for the listener to visualize if you compare it to something from your own daily life or something familiar to the listener.
- For example, by comparing it to something like “this is like 〇〇”, it will be easier for the listener to visualize it in their mind.
4. Break it down into steps
- Break down the larger concept into smaller steps and explain them in order. By checking that each step is understood as you go along, it will be less likely to get confused along the way.
- For example: “First, let's understand 〇〇. Next, we'll move on to 〇〇” and explain in stages.
5. Encourage questions to confirm their understanding
- Ask the other person “Do you have any questions so far?”, and check their level of understanding. If the other person asks a question, provide supplementary explanations to answer their question.
6. Use visual aids
- Using visual aids such as diagrams, illustrations and charts can help to clarify parts of the speech that are difficult to understand just from the words. It is a good idea to prepare slides and charts as necessary.
7. Summarize and repeat
- Finally, summarize the important points briefly and repeat them. By having the other person reconfirm the information, it will be easier for them to remember.
By using these steps to guide your speech, it will be easier for the other person to understand and the content should be conveyed smoothly

This is my personal example:
When you tell someone
"Let's take on this challenge together?!"
and then they say,
“No, I can't...
because I'm busy...”
For people like that, try suggesting,
“How about we work together for 4 hours a week?
Can we try that?"
Then they'll ask “What do you mean by 4 hours?”, so
I then suggest, “Let's try it for this week and next week only.”
and I get into the specifics, saying, ‘We've already had tea for one hour this week, so that leaves three hours.”
and then I develop the conversation by asking, ’Can we meet for an hour from 1 pm the day after tomorrow?” “Please watch this video before then! It's 40 minutes long, so there's only one hour left this week.”
The other person will feel reassured
and agree to invest four hours of their time.
Instead of saying “You should spend some more time thinking about yourself!
”, it's better to say ‘Why don't you write down five reasons why you felt that way this time?"
This is more specific and will help you to take action.
Instead of saying ’Why don't you ask Mr. XXX?
”, it's better to say ”Why don't you just talk to Mr. XXX about this particular thing?”
Instead of saying, "Please invite so and so",
make a specific request:
“If you know anyone who might find this information useful, please let them know.”
Instead of “I really want you to come!”
“If you miraculously have time, I'd love for you to come!”
Instead of “No last-minute cancellations!”
“If something comes up, and you have to cancel, so please let me know in advance.”
I think it's wonderful to speak with 100% altruism.

Powerful crowdfunding for a movie

SHOGEN's story into movie!
They've reached 63% until their goal.
There are now 23 days left!
Bunji Village is a village in Africa where happiness is ongoing.
This is the story of Shogen, who went to learn about African Tinga Tinga painting, and how he came to meet this village, live with its people, and come to know the joy of living.
This story is not about a faraway Africa.
The reason why the people of this village are able to live their lives filled with joy and happiness is because they have “sensitivity they learned from the Japanese”!
“Humans are born from nature. That's why when we are surrounded by overwhelming nature, we can forgive others.”
“Don't hide your mistakes in front of your children. Children can draw a secure future for themselves because they see adults making mistakes.”
“Rather than becoming more perfect, the older you get, you actually become more human.”
“Only that which has received love can give love."
“The time to give up is the time to truly rest.”
“Decide that you will become a joyful person. Prepare your heart to live your life as yourself.”
“Awaken the wonderful memories that flow in the blood of the Japanese people.”
These are just a few of the conversations that are always being exchanged in Bunju Village.
And each of these words has its own story.
As you read on, you will be touched, moved, or even burst out laughing at the unique sensibilities and way of looking at things of this village.
A true story that will move your soul and make you want to share the joy of living!
It' about "admiring" the work of humans.

"I've forgotten already"

Effort is unnecessary.
If you feel like you're working hard,
you've set the goal wrong.
It's not a goal you really want to achieve.
It hasn't transformed your self-image.
You can achieve it physiologically.
Through using Bio-power (homeostasis)
It can make it so that you can't sit still.
Make your goal be something that you want to do,
even if everything is working against you.
The past is completely irrelevant.
Leaders need to be able to say this.
A story about the future that doesn't use memories of the past.
Decide only based on doing as much as you want of what you truly want!

To rewrite your self-image
1) Have a crazy dream → escape the spell of past memories
Yesterday's dream is already a past memory!
2) Fake it until you make it. (Live as the person you have already become.)
If you can convince your brain→ Synchronization will occur
If something negative comes up, do somatic work!
3) Who you associate with
→ The average of the top 5 people you see often will determine your life.
4) Collect good words
Your identity is formed by words
5) Who do you want to say thank you to?
When you have achieved something, who do you want to thank?
Also, what are you already grateful for now?
The future you are seeking
When you work backwards
you find what you need to take action on now.
However,
the dream you had yesterday
is already just a memory of the past!
