how to rewrite your self-image too!

By rewriting your self-image
you can change your life.
So, what are some ways to rewrite it?
- By repeating positive words to yourself, you can instill new beliefs in your subconscious mind. For example, you can express yourself positively by saying things like “I am confident” or “I have the power to succeed”.
→ It is said that it is better to do “what you thought of today” rather than “something set in stone” when it comes to affirmations.
Affirmations created yesterday are already a product of the past, something from your past memories, and this can lead to a “dejected” mood creeping in.
Don't use your past memories, but instead spin a story about the future. This is important!
2. Visualization
- Repeatedly imagine yourself in an ideal situation in concrete detail, and feel that situation realistically. For example, imagine yourself in a successful situation or the life you want to lead in detail, and strengthen your self-image by experiencing those emotions.
→ According to Dr. Tomabechi, “Being able to draw a clear vision is itself a past experience, so it is a past memory."
If you set your goals outside of reality (and thereby break free from your past conditioning), your images will become hazy. That seems to be the way it should be!
It seems that “experiencing emotions” is extremely important.
3. Find and rewrite negative beliefs
- Make a list of the negative beliefs you have inside you, and replace them with positive ones. For example, change the belief “I might fail” to “I can grow by taking on challenges”, and improve the basis of your self-evaluation.
→ I failed. That's a shame. → Change it to “That's not like me”. Rewriting from the brainwashing patterns of the past to new patterns for the future.
It's important to be intentional and keep doing it.
4. Accumulate successful experiences
- By accumulating small successes, you will naturally improve your self-evaluation. It is important to experience a sense of achievement, even if it is a small goal at first. This will improve your self-image and help you to tackle bigger challenges with a positive attitude.
→ Appreciate what you already have. It seems that if you are happy about small things, “great things will happen easily”!
5. Receive guidance from a mentor or coach
- By receiving feedback and guidance from others, you can get help to change your own assumptions and behavior patterns that you may not be aware of. A reliable mentor or coach can give you advice to positively strengthen your self-image.
→ It's important to get help from a coach.

6. Changing your environment
- Your relationships and living environment have a big impact on your self-image. Spending time with positive, supportive people will strengthen your confidence and sense of self-affirmation. Also, by creating a comfortable space, you can maintain a positive mental state.
→ Kenichi Ohmae says that there are three ways to change your life
“Change the way you use your time”
“Change the people you associate with”
and “change where you live”.
And he even says the most boring thing of all is... “renewing your feelings”.
7. Emotional management
- Controlling your emotions and freeing yourself from stress and anxiety has a positive impact on your self-image. If you adopt the habit of meditation and deep breathing, your emotions will become more stable and it will be easier to rewrite your self-image.
→I recommend somatic sensation work. It might also be effective to search for Yuko Kasamura's website, Somatic Healing, or about the Pain Body?
Ms. Kasamura recommends that you “try letting go of everything and quitting for a while!”
(laughs) If I did that, I wouldn't be writing this blog either!
I'm still a lost sheep.
8. Letting go of past labels
- We will review the labels we have acquired in childhood and through past experiences, such as “I am ____”, and consider whether or not they are necessary for our current selves. We will let go of labels that are no longer needed and set a new self-image freely.
→ If you can set it freely, what kind of person will you become?!
Let's try resetting ourselves, like setting up a game character!
Like a wizard, you are an esper who can use magic and psychokinesis.
You are constantly surrounded by learning and hints, and you are blessed with wonderful friends.
If there are 100 people, one person thinks about the 99 others.
You value growth and contribution, and you have a “mutually beneficial relationship”.
Some things that just came to mind!
9. Talk to your “future self”
- Try imagining yourself as a successful person in the future, and then try to get advice from that person. This method helps you to realistically feel the values and actions of your ideal self, and to rewrite your self-image.
→ “Talking to your future self” is our coaching method.
We can offer a free 30-minute trial.
You can also receive a 30-minute session for 3,000 yen.
Of course, the more experienced the coach, the more expensive the fee, but we want to support those who want to try it out.
We will create an open chat for those who want to try it out.
If you listen to the conversation and think it's not for you, please feel free to decline.

Open chat for those who want to try coaching!
“I want the free trial"
“If it's 3000 yen”
“If it's 5000 yen”
“Even if it's 10,000 yen or more”
There are various layers of interest, aren't there?
We will introduce a coach to you at any time!
10. Write a diary
- By writing down your progress and changes in emotion in a diary, it becomes easier to objectively grasp changes in your self-image. In addition, by focusing on writing about positive events,
これらの方法を組み合わせることで、セルフイメージの書き換えが促進され、望む人生へとシフトすることが可能です。どれもシンプルで、日常生活に取り入れやすいものなので、少しずつ試してみるのがおすすめです。
By combining these methods, you can promote the rewriting of your self-image and shift towards the life you desire. All of these methods are simple and easy to incorporate into your daily life, so we recommend trying them out gradually.
→ Conclusion
Rewriting your self-image
will cause you to move outside your self-image
and use your bio-energy to rush headlong into a new self-image.
In short, there is no sense of effort.
The act is so full of pleasure that you feel pleasure.
The scotoma will fall away and you will realize that you already had the method, the financial connections, and the human connections.
