Rewriting your self-image.
I will share 5 methods

Then homeostasis kicks in
(= homeostasis = biopower = physiological power)
and you feel no effort in your pleasurable behavior!

Then your blind spots (= scotoma) falls away
and RAS kicks in, causing synchronicities. 

The Law of Attraction
is not about what you wish for strongly,
It's that you attract who you are (what is appropriate for who you believe you are) 

Appropriateness = self-image
Before telling you 1-5
I will tell you 6.

Find a mini-version of what you want to happen, and admire it and love on it. 

Example
If you want to become rich
admire the you that is, not the you that isn't.

I have money to buy a soft serve ice cream~
I'm grateful~

"Celebrate" and love on what you "have" 
 
1) A crazy dream
Set your dreams and goals outside of reality
Break free from the brainwashing of maintaining the status quo (past memories)
The joy of meeting your true self
Your goals are not to change your “future self”
but to change your ‘present self’.
Your life is being created by your ‘present self’!

Incidentally, the dreams you had yesterday are now past memories.
Start your life today.
Don't carry over your life from yesterday.

2) FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT.
Act with confidence until you achieve success.

Pretend that you have already achieved success until you do!
Then, a “major misunderstanding” will be established.
The brain is easily deceived (lol).
This is a method for actively rewriting your self-image!

3) Successful birds fly in flocks.
You will live the life of the average of the five people you see most often.
Who should you meet?
Who should you avoid meeting?

4) Collect words.
You speaking in your local dialect...
You speaking in standard Japanese...
You speaking in English...
The only way to change your personal reality (i.e. your life)
is to change your personality (i.e. your character).

Your identity is created by the language you use.
Collect good words.
Use good words.

5) A letter of thanks

Your dream has come true.
Who do you want to thank?
Please write it down.
Please read it.
Who are the people who have thought of you selflessly.
The existence of someone who prays for you with selfless love.
It's esoteric, but that person will succeed 100%.

Can you become "that person" for someone? 
Not to leave a name or be recognized,
but selflessly, with a spirit of altruism, and with self-sacrifice.

1. Affirmations (positive self-declarations)
  • By repeating positive words to yourself, you can instill new beliefs in your subconscious mind. For example, you can express yourself positively by saying things like “I am confident” or “I have the power to succeed”.

Affirmations created yesterday are already a product of the past, something from your past memories, and this can lead to a “dejected” mood creeping in.

Don't use your past memories, but instead spin a story about the future. This is important!

2. Visualization

  • Repeatedly imagine yourself in an ideal situation in concrete detail, and feel that situation realistically. For example, imagine yourself in a successful situation or the life you want to lead in detail, and strengthen your self-image by experiencing those emotions.

→ According to Dr. Tomabechi, “Being able to draw a clear vision is itself a past experience, so it is a past memory."

If you set your goals outside of reality (and thereby break free from your past conditioning), your images will become hazy. That seems to be the way it should be!

It seems that “experiencing emotions” is extremely important.

3. Find and rewrite negative beliefs

  • Make a list of the negative beliefs you have inside you, and replace them with positive ones. For example, change the belief “I might fail” to “I can grow by taking on challenges”, and improve the basis of your self-evaluation.

→ I failed. That's a shame. → Change it to “That's not like me”. Rewriting from the brainwashing patterns of the past to new patterns for the future.

It's important to be intentional and keep doing it.

4. Accumulate successful experiences

  • By accumulating small successes, you will naturally improve your self-evaluation. It is important to experience a sense of achievement, even if it is a small goal at first. This will improve your self-image and help you to tackle bigger challenges with a positive attitude.

→ Appreciate what you already have. It seems that if you are happy about small things, “great things will happen easily”!

5. Receive guidance from a mentor or coach

  • By receiving feedback and guidance from others, you can get help to change your own assumptions and behavior patterns that you may not be aware of. A reliable mentor or coach can give you advice to positively strengthen your self-image.

7. Emotional management

  • Controlling your emotions and freeing yourself from stress and anxiety has a positive impact on your self-image. If you adopt the habit of meditation and deep breathing, your emotions will become more stable and it will be easier to rewrite your self-image.

Ms. Kasamura recommends that you “try letting go of everything and quitting for a while!”

(laughs) If I did that, I wouldn't be writing this blog either!

I'm still a lost sheep.


8. Letting go of past labels

  • We will review the labels we have acquired in childhood and through past experiences, such as “I am ____”, and consider whether or not they are necessary for our current selves. We will let go of labels that are no longer needed and set a new self-image freely.

9. Talk to your “future self”

  • Try imagining yourself as a successful person in the future, and then try to get advice from that person. This method helps you to realistically feel the values and actions of your ideal self, and to rewrite your self-image.
