Using your hands to switch between "chest breathing" and "abdominal breathing"

The sunshine of the Big Island of Hawaii lifts my spirits to a whole new level!

IF you make a "fist" your breathing will be chest breathing.

If you "bend two fingers" it'll switch to abdominal breathing. 

It's a mystery. 

You don't have to use both hands either〜

Even with just one hand you can easily switch to abdominal breathing.
