A POP way of life. The point is to be in a beautiful state of mind.

I started watching Tyler Henry again.

I've been very affected by it.

I wonder why it is?!

Psychic taxi is so good too〜

Today I was coached by Akio Hiramoto ...

I now know the answer to the excitement of the 3 days I experienced here in Atami.

I now know how to make someone POP. (laughter)

In fact, I got it.

In fact, I found out that I'm excited that I figured it out.

The language of excitement.

I have more to look forward to now.

I'm so excited

I now know the shadow of my mind,

why I am afraid of it.

When I was a kid,

I invited all my friends to play softball.

It must have been a tough feeling for everyone〜

Even when I was about 20-23 years old,

I tried to get everyone to POP, but by trying to put them in a cookie-cutter.

It's even tougher because I have good intentions, lol.

I think I had a fear of imposing my own values.

I was trying to remake make the 3 days and 2 nights at Yamanakako into 3 hours.

In fact, 5 to 6 hours is enough time to get the message across〜

The key word this time is "values".

Accompany that person's way of life.

Soak up their values,

and become something that person respects.

Share time together.

Provide an opportunities to learn.

What I wanted to say was...

to see life as a once-in-a-lifetime experience,

reflect on life and move forward.

Bodily sensation work and

Breathwork.

What are your brain waves?

alpha waves, theta waves, or delta waves?

Beautiful State of Mind

It is calm and the ego begins to transform into the true ego.

Then, that's when

things begin to happen before your eyes with effortless effort.

Cold training consists of taking a cold water shower and dunking both hands in ice water.

First, take a cold shower, but first take a shower of warm water as usual. After a minute or so,

lower the temperature of the water slightly (do not break the rhythm of your breathing). After

another minute or so, lower the water temperature again...and repeat several times.

It is not necessary to bathe in cold water from the first day.

Next, prepare a bowl of ice water as shown in the photo below. Submerge both hands up to the wrists in the water and keep them there for two minutes. I don't think this needs a detailed explanation, but be careful not to hold your breath.

The other pillar of the method is the breathing exercise, which is done lying down or sitting down (not while driving). In a relaxed state, inhale through the nose and exhale slowly and lightly. Continue this for about 30 breaths. Finally, exhale completely and inhale deeply. Then exhale again lightly, pull back your chin and stop breathing. Resume breathing as soon as it becomes unbearable. The best time to do this is on an empty stomach before breakfast.

He was a guest at Anthony Robbins seminar~!

The goal is to be able to hold your breath for about 90 seconds

Take a deep breath in through your nose, exhale slowly through your nose or mouth, and hold your breath until you are just before it becomes painful. Repeating this for two minutes is all it takes to relax. In the "breathing exercise," take longer and breathe more deeply.

【1】Slowly inhale and exhale.

Inhale through the nose and exhale slowly through the nose. Do not exhale completely, but leave a little air in the lungs. Repeat 30 times, breathing at a pace that feels comfortable.

2] Breathe out completely and take a deep breath in.

Breathe out deeply so that all the air in your body is released, and when you have exhaled completely, take a deep breath in. Inhale deeply so that the air expands from your chest to your stomach.

3] Breathe out and hold your breath.

After taking a deep breath in, exhale slowly. Hold your breath when you have exhaled to the end. The rule of thumb is to hold your breath for 30-90 seconds, but if it becomes painful, it is OK to take a breath in.

Ah!

My friends are meeting other friends!

Influenced by each other, they all become more polished~!

Surprisingly, we all have the

power to change the future

A feeling of serenity.

Beautiful state.

Then

It will come.

It catches your eye.

Effortless Effort.

RAS = antennae of the brain.

It begins to move automatically and that reality appears.

The point is,

Being in a beautiful state of mind.

A calm blue time.

Even if there is a storm all around you.

Silence in the midst of madness?

Only around you, is crystal clear.

A POP way of life.

I like the the word, POP.

Living a POP life is good, isn't it?

Do you get an image of being excited?

Enjoying a healthy and beautiful state of mind,

a life that is both economically active and focused on solving social issues.

In any case

a state where you are doing what you love.

Today's breath work gave me an idea~.

If only I had a friend to make it happen with~!

Non-alcohol

I wonder how long its been since I stopped drinking〜

2 and a half years?!

Non-alcoholic beer

changed my life in a big way.

Sobercurious

People who could drink it, but choose not to.

I am a hedonist who chooses not to drink

A person who practices sobriety is called a "sobercurious" person. Sobacurians are not people who are constitutionally incapable of drinking alcohol, but people who originally had a history of drinking, who have a positive outlook on quitting drinking, and who have voluntarily chosen sobriety as a healthy and promising option. Choosing sobercurious is a life-changing experience. There is only one thing to lose by quitting drinking - getting drunk. There is no word for "boredom" in a life without drinking!

"Sobercurious" is a new movement that has spread from millennials in Europe and the U.S. and is now spreading to Japan. The idea that it is cool not to drink is a new movement that is spreading among young people in Japan.

The word "sobercurious" is derived from the words "sober" and "curious," and has the nuance of "curiosity about sobriety" and "wanting to be sober."

This is what they say happens  when you choose sobercurious?

● Sleep rhythm is regulated and you will sleep well and feel tired.

●Skin problems disappear

●Increased productivity

●Anxiety will decrease.

●You will have more money in your pocket.

●Feel hope, energy, and excitement in your life

●No more sleeping with someone you don't want to sleep with

Additive-free!

Non-alcoholic beer often has many additives?!
