Suffering is a state of "I-conscious" = My Consciousness
When we crave, even when end up wanting "MORE!" and can never be satisfied.
Craving sings♪ "I WANT MORE! I WANT MORE!"

What is the difference between "painful" and "beautiful"?
"Beautiful" = One conscious, undivided
They have been doing breathing exercises for over 2000 years.
They know where the brain is affected by the ways we breathe.
BE HERE NOW.
Being here now.
Earthing in nature in the morning, not talking to anyone.
Feeling the wind. Feel the birds and insects, the movement of the clouds.
The real SDG`s means
"Loving the earth like a lover."
Love for the earth.
I can't help but love it.
Then throwing garbage there would be unimaginable.
The four "maras" are:
Craving. Wanting and not wanting.
Can't help but wanting and wanting!
Or
I don't want them! I don't want to, I don't want to!
(Conflicting values existing together)
The demon of the strongest craving in life.
Tapas night → all-night training (Tapas =austerity)
The sitting posture is fixed.
Legs crossed, from midnight to the next morning.
Meditate, but do not sleep.
Craving
There is a tendency to try to fool oneself into thinking that one is not craving.
When he realizes that he does have a craving, he lies and says,
"I am craving because I am lacking."
(= You begin to say that your craving is caused by lack.)
That is a lie.
↓↓↓↓.
Because you crave, you lack.
There is a difference between desire and craving.
Be a Buddha in a Mercedes Benz.
Be fulfilled in the material world and be spiritually enlightened.
Be without suffering (= enlightened).
Suffering = attachment.
Thinking "I have none of that!" = the strongest mara.
The second mara is "mind"
Being in one place but thinking about something else.
He is not in one consciousness.
The mind is going to the past or the future.
It's in a state of
Going to the past = frustration
Going to the future = anxiety
What is suffering?
There are only two states,
suffering and beautiful states.
The fourth demon (Mara)
A mara called Ego.
Two kinds.
"I want to win. I want to be superior."
"I am a heroine of a tragedy. I can't do it. I am special."
(↓↓↓)
Both of them want to be recognized as special.
Suffering = attachment
Enlightenment is... Life is four sufferings and eight pain.
"Life is suffering." To get out of it.
The state where there is no suffering is enlightenment.
Third mara "Duality."
The Dual self.
When you are in duality, you are in suffering.
I am different from you.
Can you then enter into one consciousness?
I feel that the other person is wrong.
Righteous Consciousness. Which is right, which is wrong.
If you enter this state, you will only suffer.
Trying to solve problems and make things right = suffering.
There was a young man who was responsible for solving problems.
An accident occurred and a stone hit him in the head.
He was fatally injured ...
But he started looking for someone to blame: "Who threw this stone?!" ...
And his injuries got the better of him and he died.
His consciousness went to: "who is the bad guy = the cause".
The gong goes off at 4:30 am.
Review the previous day, yoga, meditation (no cell phones or watches).
When gong sounds again, we gather.
A space with no sense of time.
Life as a monk in a lodge.
Vegan and vegetarian meals.
You will notice how much you are in contact with the outside world.
I realize how much I am in contact with the outside world!
I realized how much we are not in connection with our own selves.
After yoga, feel the birds chirping, wind in the forest.
We are not allowed to talk with others.
You have to talk with your inner self.
Silence = suffering. 2 weeks.
We were not allowed to take notes.
Cuz then we begin to think that we understand.
This was a place to create a transformation of consciousness.
Become aware and observe = notice and observe.
You are feeling pain in your parent-child relationship.
Touch something that you can't feel unless you focus on it, such as a health scare.
The only way to be liberated from here
(liberation from suffering is enlightenment) is to notice.
Suffering begins in the four maras.
BE HERE NOW.
With Logic and Breath
Mr. Shimizu went to a place where you can feel the body.
Live in love with this moment.

You can get out of craving by self-declaring, "I have loads of time," instead of
"I don't have enough time."

Proper use of the mind
It's not about how good or bad your head is
It's a good or bad mind
The mind should not be passive
Do not be contaminated by the negative germs of others
I'm hindered, I'm weak, I can't, I'm sad
are words of the devil.
Passive language is unnecessary.
Human beings are
born to make the whole universe and society happy
To make us feel joy
and keep anger away
Make yourself likeable to others
Eliminate one's likes and dislikes
Whether healthy or unhealthy
You are the cause.
Always keep your mind active
Clear night sky = mysterious
If you're sad, smile.
You are the happiest person in the world.
Happiness is a stable mind.
I'm sad because I cry
Laughing makes you happy.
You're not a failure.
You've learned something.
So you're on your way to success.
The way your mind thinks,
Is what determines who you are now.
When asked, "Are you well?" say "Yes!"
Your true self is bigger than that.
When you give thanks first
Joy follows
In times of adversity
Rejoice that you have lived well
Smile when you wake up in the morning
Be thankful that you are alive
Do not underestimate yourself
Incidents can be solved by your mind.
It's not the world that stands in the way of success.
It's your heart/mind.
If your mind is pure.
your body will be in paradise,
no matter where you are
A positive word is all it takes to make you a different person
The light of the sun
shines on beautiful women and on dog shit both
The things of this world
are all borrowed from God
Anger, fear, sadness... if we continue
the body will lose its health.
A positive spirit
Health, destiny, success...
On Mt. Fuji,
both sunny and cloudy is good.
Do not wish for enlightenment.
When I look at the floating clouds
To the sky where consciousness has vanished
No thoughts, no dreams, no self
Do not use your mind in a perfunctory way
Try to close your anus
When you are angry
When you are sad
Squeeze it shut.
Every day try to grasp the truth
If you grumble and complain.
and let go of the habits you are ashamed of.
Do it happily in a cage with the ravenous beast in your mind
Forget yourself and see things.
Forget things and see the path.
When you think you have attained enlightenment
is the beginning of being lost.
Why were we born into this world as a human?!
Always think.
Do you often feel happiness?
Unhappiness?!
We are controlled by the mind.
So we must supervise the mind.
I want that,
I want to be like this!
I am not happy anymore.
Turn off your anger.
Do not be angry, do not be afraid, do not be sad.
If your mind is pure
you will understand the truth.
The heart decides the difference.
It's decided by the heart.
Our hearts create the human being.
With gratitude, we can
let go of our demons.
Gratitude for everything. Joy.
Your own mind is influenced by the words you use.
I'm sorry.
Thank you.
I love you.
Problems are solved because someone thinks it's their fault.
The water
When you put it in front of you, it leaves
When you move it to the other side, it comes back
Our own and others'
All things in the universe are connected
Trials are the flip side of love
I asked God for strength to accomplish great things,
but He gave me weakness so that I could learn humility.
I asked for wealth to be happy,
and He gave me poverty to be wise,
He did not grant any of our wishes,
But in the end all our wishes were heard.
Living in Truth.
Positive!
Truth is at our feet.
Grateful that the heavens are teaching us.
Be thankful even if it is a lie.
Habit is second nature.
What you gain without effort
you lose it quickly.
Passive →acidic.
Disease, bad luck.
Message.
Happiness is sought in the heart.
The bird of happiness is in the house.
If the heart is positive,
problems are half solved.
No matter where you are
If you think you were born this way, it's nothing.
Serious competition
It's not about skill, it's about guts.
Throw away your existing knowledge.
You can start learning new things.
A thought, then a thought, then a thoughtless thought
Cleaning out your mind!
Keep a positive mindset!
Keep a positive attitude!
Convert everything to gratitude!
Enjoy suffering!

(Anandagiri-JI)
Diksha is divine intelligence.
At that time, what is most needed is given during diksha.
This is what happened in the U.S. when seven participants underwent diksha.
One person came to the realization that "no effort is needed at all."
One experienced "joy" and another experienced "expanded awareness".
Two people said they experienced "nothing".
Another experienced "love for his wife". He was really expecting a "great expansion of consciousness". But when he first experienced "love for his wife," which was not what he expected, he felt happy. It was what he needed most.
Sometimes, through diksha, we also experience unpleasant feelings. This is because there are many wounds hidden inside of us. When we undergo diksha, our inner pain and fears are revealed. This is the beginning of the journey to freedom.
Suffering and fear disappear when they are fully experienced.
As your consciousness grows, your relationships change and your familiarity with people begins to emerge. The parts of yourself and others that you didn't like will no longer bother you. It is not a sudden change. It is important to be aware of the process.

"What we need in today's world is not someone who is highly spiritual. It is a truly happy person.
Unhappy people make the world unhappy. Happy people create a happy world. Happy people certainly change the world around them. They make a difference in their families and in society."
I conveyed the need to make every moment a fulfilling experience and to be happy. And that it can never be cultivated through practice. For this to be possible, he said, awareness must arise spontaneously, it requires the grace of a holy being, and it is diksha that starts the process.
