What would love do? Myself and others. In fact, maybe I was another too?!

"Turning" your breath.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

And

Stop.

How about this〜

Self-axis

Others' Axis

Others' Axis

The others axis focuses on how other people perceive us.

Self-axis

respects what you think of yourself.

However

yourself is actually another person.

The true self is

only known when you detach yourself from yourself.

Our life is spellbound by our self-image.

But even that self-image

is not something we have created.

I believe myself.

I believe in myself.

I believe in myselves.

The truth is

I believe in ourselves.

If our own axis is someone else's axis

If it is someone else's axis

Is the true axis the axis of God?!

Finding this is one of the greatest questions・・・

What would love do?

I learned so much today too〜

Thank you for this breath work, Moe!

The question:

What can we do to get more new customers?

I'm getting the right answers, but I'm embarrassed that I can't catch it.

The answer was a little earlier.

Reasons for not increasing the number of proposals

1. You don't have many prospects to propose to.

2.You have a preconceived notion that this person is not a potential customer

3. Fear of rejection

4. Preoccupied with the response rate.

"Pleasurable Breath" and "Communication skills are threefold: asking questions, confirming, and summarizing."

From Mr. Hiramoto's newsletter

↓↓↓↓

(1) Dopamine-type happiness, i.e.

happiness of money, success and achievement.

(2) Oxytocin-type happiness,

or happiness of love and connection.

(3) Serotonin-type happiness,

or happiness of peace of mind and mood stability.

Many people obtain (1),

and think that

(2) and (3) can be obtained

by doing so, but it's not the case.

But the truth is, the more

(1) is attained it becomes more and more addictive!

So, the first thing to do is focus on

(3) Peace of mind and physical health

Next is (2) connection with others and love,

After fulfilling these two,

and then finally seek to attain (1).

↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

In short, seek happiness before success!

I think that's right!

My suggestions would be....

breath.

I've found this to work for me

A deep exhale out〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜

All the way.

Imagine a flickering a candle in the distance.

Leave the inhale to nature〜〜〜

Like the smell of flowers spreading all over the world.

Adjust to the breath

and it feels so good 〜〜〜〜

While my brain becomes foggy,

my consciousness becomes clear and transparent.

Changes in the levels of oxygen in your blood?!

Communication Skills: Questioning, Confirmation, and Summarizing

Questioning skills means
avoiding arbitrary interpretations,

and the ability to ask a question as a question, avoiding ill-informed guesses.

Do not be delusional and give your own interpretation of a question.

To ask a question as a pure question without making your own assumptions.

Confirmation is

the ability to listen to the other person's story more accurately.

It's about active listening with a positive attitude.

You confirm the content of what the other person is saying by repeating back the key words of the conversation.

This is a way of confirming the content of what is being said.

If you keep this in mind, you can make the person think, "Oh, is this person interested in what I have to say?"

and you will be able to get a deeper understanding of the person's story.

And then there's the ability to summarize.

If you can get the whole story out of a question with confirmation

Summarize and summarize the key points and assumptions.

By summarizing the information well, you can reassure the client that you have listened to him or her.

Based on the summary, ask a deeper question.

People like people who are interested in them.

They will be spontaneous and will talk to you in more depth.

The cycle of "Question→Confirmation→Summarize" is a good way to get to the bottom of a person's story.

You will be able to listen to the depths of a person's personality.

To become a good listener, try to place more importance on confirming and summarizing than on asking questions.

You'll find it interesting to discover the inside of a person.

That is the best healing.

That is the greatest love of all.

My recent encounters have been having a big impact!

I learned about what a Mediator is !

↓↓↓

What is a Mediator?

ChatGPT

Mediator is a term used to describe a professional or third party who arbitrates or mediates between disputing or conflicting parties. The mediator facilitates dialogue and negotiation between the parties and assists in the process of finding a solution, reconciling the interests and opinions of both sides.

Unlike formal legal or court proceedings, mediators usually operate in a closed environment. They maintain a neutral position and provide a forum for dialogue and assist in the search for solutions, while respecting the opinions and feelings of the parties involved. Mediators possess communication skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills to help the parties understand each other and reach an agreement.

The mediator's role is active in a variety of fields and situations. For example, they are used in a variety of areas, including family disputes, labor issues, business contract negotiations, and community conflicts. Their purpose is to resolve conflicts between parties and facilitate consensus building, often contributing to improving long-term relationships and finding sustainable solutions.
