There are times when we feel down.

Then you tend to ignore what your negative feelings are asking for

and seek what positive feelings would seek


Like watching a comedy show even though you are not in the mood to laugh

Listening to cheerful music when you are not in the mood to be energetic

We try to get our mood into a positive one, but

Negative feelings don't seek such things, so they don't feel happy at all.


Many people are grateful for words like, 

"Laughing will cheer you up even when you are in pain."

But if you try to do so, you will feel pain as if your mind and body are being torn apart.


A healthy mind and body are one and the same, so

when you are in a negative mood, it is important to first satisfy the negative mood.


What are negative feelings are looking for?

Not in the positive category such as "happy" or "joyful".

but in the negative categories such as "sad" and "frustrated".


Don't fool yourself about how you feel.

When you are sad, shed sad tears.

When you are frustrated, shed tears of frustration.


By satisfying negative feelings in this way

your feelings will be turned into positive ones for the first time.


You don't have to force yourself to laugh on a day you don't want to laugh

When you don't enjoy anything you do, that's when you need to cry.

Let's be honest with our feelings and let our tears flow without pretense


The rain that falls today is for the flowers that will bloom tomorrow

It is because of the tears you shed someday,

that the moments when you feel happy will come.

it's great to be always positive.

make us ignore our negativity.

 

Ignored negativity

waits deep inside with bated breath 

for its cue.

 

No matter how much they are pushed down

Negativity that goes beyond ones power to regularly block it out

Erupts all at once, crashing reality

and makes itself the hero of a terrible story!

 

At every turn, practice exploring the "experience/sensation" 

of the emotions that occurred and

 release it by "feeling it all the way through".

 

Then, the stirring in the deepest recesses of your mind will disappear. 

 

We can let go of both negativity and positivity

by feeling through them, we can let go of them.

 

Body sensation work is amazing!

I watched the "Naokiman Show" last night, 

remembered they talked about the brain of an enlightened person is smooth (without wrinkles).


 

Let's summarize again.

↓↓↓↓

 

1) The mind moves.

  At first it sways towards the negative.

  Gradually, a positive sway.

 

(2) Translate what you feel into a sensation. 

  When you fully feel that sensation in your body,

       you are able to let go fully. 


 

  Anger should be released through the mouth.

  If you cannot let it out through your mouth

  There is also a way to "trick the brain" by lip syncing. 

 

3) The point is that both "+" and "-" should be felt. 

  Feel the sensation every time your emotions move. Feel it in your body then let it go. This will build up a foundation that will keep your mind from wavering.
