Emotions pushed to the back of the mind ...
are mainly built up in childhood and in your relationship with your mother.
Those emotions are
stored in the body.
= Assumptions.
Emotions are physical sensations.
By feeling them fully, we can
release them.
Example: ↓↓↓↓
Think of someone you never want to see again in your life.
Where in your body do you feel it?!
↓↓↓↓
You must have been avoiding that feeling (physical sensation) until now.
Feel it (face that feeling)
Anger (out of your mouth rather than an in body experience)
↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓
Sadness/loneliness (feel through the experience and release)
↓↓↓↓
Love is underneath it all.
Let go of the collection of evidence of heartbreak!
Example ↓↓↓↓↓
In a couple
What is it that we always fight about this?
↓↓↓↓
Feel through the experience → release it
If you get bothered, write it down in a notebook
At night, before bed, do 30 minutes of "feel through work!"
(When you try to feel, your thoughts get in the way. Go back to the physical feeling in your body)
Hope for the future now!
↓↓↓↓
Instead of feeling the excitement of fulfillment of when the thing has happened
Try to feel what is putting on the breaks (as a physical sensation)
Feel it in its entirety, so that you can release the brakes!
Assumptions are imprinted in the body.
The subconscious is a bodily sensation?!
Instead of accessing the brain's memories
We should access our body's sensations!
When you feel all the sensations in your body
the world will change!
Your brain
is catching proof about what you believe!
It's collecting evidence!
Just feel your body!
If it's bothered, feel all of it!
Riding a bicycle.
We learn and remember how to do it with our body's senses.
