Our FANBASE meeting had so much goodness 〜
It was great == ==.
Words carry feelings.
== Lies are exposed and I don't want to lie.
↓↓↓↓
It felt good to tell the truth
↓↓↓↓
When I told the truth, it had formed a community.
I wanted to work in the media space so I learned English.
↓↓↓↓
I looked for people in the media and brought them together.
↓↓↓↓
I kept at it, and my people started coming together.
6.4 million salespeople in Japan
"Selling is first"
↓↓↓↓
Few people end up wanting to buy from that person again
One customer buys from you again and again
They spread the word around.
Create such wonderful friends!
Satonao-san (former Dentsu employee)
↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓
Create fans and make sales
↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓
Why are fans important?!
・Population is decreasing rapidly. Not long ago you couldn't get into daycare→now preschools are going bankrupt. Population is decreasing by a million a year.
・Acquiring lists has become more costly. It's harder to get new customers.
・Can't get new customers even if we do commercials.
・Young people are minimalists, old people are suffering. People don't want to spend money.
・There is a lot of information on YouTube →(1 day's worth of videos) will take 82 years if you watch them all! No one can find us on social networking sites
↓↓↓They can't find me on social networking sites either.
That's why
Take care of the fans in front of you! Value them.
Will the people who are buying now
buy from you again?!
Will they want to tell someone else about it?
↓↓↓↓↓↓
Surprisingly 80% of the sales were caused by
20% of the fans!
Example: Otsuka Kagu
Why do the fans become fans?!
You should know their point of resonance!
Contacting people, making appointments, making presentations.
...I put a lot of effort into it up to this point.
But in fact,
What matters is what happens after the purchase!
Your goal is the starting point for the customer!
The Customers:
wants it even 10 yen cheaper
Want an extra for free
You:
Want to sell for even 10 yen more.
Want them to buy another.
Profits are at odds!!!!
Different points of view
↓↓↓↓
So see things from a different perspective
See and speak from the other person's point of view
Example:
Are you confused?
Would you like to ask a family member?
Are you having a hard time now?
What do you do after the sale?!
↓↓↓↓
Can you keep selling and keep the excitement going? !
Do you leave them be? !
Are you doing a good job of putting in the right words to make your customers happy?
Example: The story about the exterior remodel was great.
If you tell an "ordinary story" at the handover, referrals will not happen.
"When you see the building from the station, it sparkles and shines..."
Only when you can tell a story that makes the customer truly happy will you get a referral.
If you can say something that makes them happy, that's the value-added!
Add value!
↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓
It may not be efficient.
In fact, it won't.
And what you get in return is not this month's sales.
Instead, you'll get medium to long term sales
↓↓↓↓
Think about the happiness of the person you sold to (the customer)!
Customers don't exist for the sake of sales!
↓↓↓↓
Are you treating your customers like prey?!
Your "philosophy" should be written on the wall!
Example: Pharmaceutical company
Customer's health!
If they become healthy, drugs will not be sold.
Back to the starting point!
It is better to have a firm goal.
Goals are the number of things that make others happy.
In order to do that, we need to
↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓
Increase the number of bothersome things we do!
Do something troublesome to make the customer happy.
Continue going the extra mile.
Don't become like an automatic machine.
Leave an impression that they interacted with a human being.
People who have a lot of cooling off
are people who are pushy,
or who aren't clearly communicating important matters (e.g., interest rate of loan)
Say, "Your mother may object, but..."
Imagine in advance what they are going to say.
It costs money to follow up with customers.
A talented employees said,
"I can't do a chore like following up with customers!"
so I fired him.
It's not a chore, it's the most important job.
How to provide a happy ending that doesn't disappoint?!
I spend more time following up
than chasing sales.
↓↓↓↓↓
I'm glad that you were the one who sold to me!
It's like a flower garden growing in my head.
Yes!
I'm looking for friends to grow a flower garden!
