How to gauge by your【tongue】

↓↓↓↓↓↓

■The entire tongue is large, flat, and flabby, with teeth marks on the back half of the tongue = evidence of "physical fatigue".

Eating also makes you tired, so eat porridge, soup, etc. little by little.

■When the surface of the tongue is shiny as if water is floating on it, the body is storing dirty water.

Cabbage, green beans, basil, mackerel, and wheatgrass should be used to expel it.

■When the moss on the tongue is sticky, it is a sign that digestion has not caught up with the body.

■When the moss is white, the stomach is chilled due to cold food, air conditioning, etc., and is not working well.

Ginger, shiso, leeks, turnips, salmon, chicken, sansho (Japanese pepper), and chili peppers are good to warm up the body.

■When moss is yellow, the stomach is overheated due to binge eating and drinking.

Avoid fatty foods, alcohol, and spices, and cool yourself down with bitter gourds, tomatoes, cucumbers, bok choy, and cucumbers.

■ When there is no moss, the body's cooling water is often reduced and the person is in a slump.

The upper body feels hot and thirsty, but is unable to drink much water.

Moisturizing with sweet potatoes, asparagus, tofu, okra, wax gourd, carrots, dried plums, scallops, pork, yogurt, etc. is good.

If you have no appetite, figs, pears, and peaches are good.

Let us prepare our stomachs well before the fall season of appetite.
