【1F=TO ME】Other people's axis

Life is what happens to you

※A world of comparison between what is happening to me and what is happening to others

 

 Life is what happens to you, without you taking the initiative.

 →You are tempted to avoid challenges.

 

Challenge = 8-9 times out of 10, you will fail.

Tend to avoid challenges.

Tend to rehash what has worked in the past.

→ Maintain the status quo.

 

Tend to take a position of criticizing without taking action.

Tend to be victims


Want people to listen to you. 

→Negative capability is important.

 Stay with the person until they calm down

 Be compassionate about what's happening

 Without trying to fit people into a pattern.

 Accept the person's own change

 

×You should have a goal.

× You should do things this way.

→Please help me. 

 Can you give me your support?

 

If you are in a stage where you don't feel like you can do your best

You can start with supporting someone else or being support staff. 



Whether it works out or not.

Safe zone = start with supporting other people. 

 

Not "what will that person think?"

but "what do I think?"

 

Talk to yourself.

Your conversations with yourself is important.

 

Example: A boss you don't like

→Look at your bad boss as a mirror.

 I can see my own faults through that person.

 The embarrassing image of yourself that you see in that person. 

 You are devastated by the pathetic state of your own image.

 

 

 

【2F=BY ME】Strengthening Your Axis of Self

You have the power to change your own life. 

Reality = facts + you can change the meaning you give it yourself. 

The level with people who have a "I can" mindset. 

 

Facts = hard to move

Creating meaning = by changing the part of how we interpret things

By changing the meaning you give to the reality you are working on

By doing this, "reality" will change.

 

 

"What is there to be happy about?"

and take a rest time.

→By changing the meaning we give to reality, we can change reality.

 

Self-affirmation = Improvement of one's bad points without blaming.

Improve your bad points without blaming yourself for them.

 


Advanced = Facing your belief system

Example: I am angry.

・Why am I angry?

・I feel insulted.

・Why do I feel insulted?

・I thought that that person would believe me.

・I wanted to trust my intuition at that time.

・Why did I decide to trust my intuition? etc,,,

Ultimately, there is only "love."

 

When you clarify the "belief system" in which the person is creating meaning, 

the response to the BY ME people in the organization changes from 

HAVE TO to WANT TO

 

 

 

【3F:THROUGH ME】Letting go of yourself


At the Shrine people at the different levels of consciousness

1f: Make a request

2f: Make a commitment

3f: Please use me

 

Synchronism = meaningful coincidence

Serendipity = good fortune that comes unexpectedly

 

Flow/ Zone

Zone: difficult to reproduce

*Persistence pushes us out of the zone

*Bashar

1) Have exciting goals

2) Do your best, massive action

3) Not obsessed with results

4) Positive
