Conditional love
If I do 〇〇
then I will be loved!!!
What if you are enriching everyone
just by being yourself?!
If you're blaming yourself,
You'll find someone who also blames you!
You don't need evidence!
Don't look for it
Just believe it for your own sake〜〜〜

〜〜EVERYDAY BLISS 〜〜
With Paul McKenna who is a best seller author and hypnotherapist
VISHEN:
There was a time in 2010 when I had a problem with my business partner and it was quite stressful.
I had migraine headaches, insomnia, and I was given a certain medication to do a full body scan to find out what the problem was.
I was allergic to that medicine and broke out in these bumps all over my body and face!!
At that time, I vowed to reduce my stress.
When you're stressed you are less creative and less efficient.
========
🌟3 myths about stress🌟
#1 Reducing stress means losing your edge
Reducing stress will not only improve your health, but it will also increase your creativity, your problem-solving ability, and your efficiency.
It also increases creativity, problem-solving skills, and efficiency.
(Many studies have proven that companies are more efficient when employees have 20 minutes to meditate.)
#2 Continuous grind makes you resilient.
Resilience is really about being flexible!
It's really not good for us to keep working hard continuously.
It is a misconception to think of life as a marathon.
The smart thing to do is to think of it as a short race and take breaks in between.
【There was an experiment done by the president of a top IT company in the US.
When he encouraged his team focused on work for a period of three months, their efficiency dropped.
Focusing for six weeks, and then
taking a vacation for 2 weeks.
This cycle was far more efficient! 】
#3 Stress is always bad for you.
People often associate stress with burnout, but it's really more nuanced.
There is also positive stress, which can be helpful in some cases.
It's only an issue when it goes past the positive stress stage.
Exercise:
Ask yourself (activate your RAS)
WHY is it important to reduce stress and anxiety in your life?
========
【Havening Technique】
One of the Psycho-sensory techniques
It's a relatively new technique, but has been utilized by doctors and psychiatrists all over the world in the last few years.
It is also being used in the military to treat PTSD.
**Cross your arms and rub both arms. Up to down.
Or rub your cheeks with both your hands.
or rub the palm of your hands.
We have memories from when we were babies,
and when someone does that to us, it calms us down.
**Horizontal movement of the eye.
This helps us get into delta. (brainwaves)
If you do this for a while,
it causes neurophysiological change.
The point is to break the connection between your thoughts and feelings.
ーーーーーーーーー
Let's try it!!
1) Recall an incident that still causes you stress when you think about it.
2) Quantify the emotions you felt at the time on a scale of 1-10 (10 being very stressful) (VISHEN: 7.5)
3) Imagine you are walking in nature, cross your arms, slow rub your arms on both sides, up to down, and count aloud from 1-20.
4) With your eyes closed, move your eyes to the left and to the right about 20 times (continue rubbing movement on both arms).
5) While imagining you are walking in a beautiful garden, count aloud from 1-20.
6) With your eyes closed, move your eyes to the left and to the right (continue rubbing movement on both arms).
7) Imagine you are typing on a computer, rub your arms and count aloud from 1-20
With your eyes closed, move your eyes to the left and to the right (continue rubbing movement on both arms).
8) Imagine descending a beautiful staircase, and count aloud from 1-20 while rubbing your arms.
9) With your eyes closed, move your eyes to the left and to the right (continue rubbing movement on both arms).
10) Take a deep breath
Recall the incident! Quantify it again.
(VISHEN felt sleepy, and a reassuring memory from childhood returned.
It felt like the stress incident was overwritten with happy memories of the person. (Down to level 2-3.)
The touch of various parts of the body correspond to different brain activity
