Practical methods for meditation

1)Mindfulness meditation (about 6 minutes)
  *For those with stress of feelings of fatigue 
      Count breaths

  It's easy for your consciousness to go to the past or the future ・・・
     Stay here and now. 
     This will help your brain to tire less. 
 

     Basic posture   stretch your spine 
    From your breath, move consciousness to your body 
   After that bring your consciousness back to your breath
  Label 1〜10  It will help you to get into flow!
 If unnecessary thoughts come, just release them ・・・and go back to the breath. 


2)Breathing space meditation (about 8 minutes)
  *Stress can cause our bodies to become unbalanced 
      Say the cause of your stress in one sentence and release the unwell parts of your body 

    To that one sentence that is the cause of your stress 
how does your heart and body respond? 
As you label it, place your consciousness on releasing your muscles and relaxing them 
To the places in your body that responded, breathe into them 
Feel it each time you breathe out 
Create it into a phrase to look at it objectively 


3)Meta meditation of kindness ( about 11 minutes) 
  *For stress related to human relationships 

  Most of our stress has to do with human relationships  
  Do mindfulness meditation 10 minutes 
  Think of the person that is causing you stress 
     Confirm where in your body the change is occurring 
Say 
   "May you be safe" 
"May you be healthy" 
"May you be happy and may your heart be at peace" 
 Bring it to a positive doorway.
