Let's learn from Takamasa Ikeda "7 things to change your life, while at home"

Each day's "LEARNING" has sped up!!

The seminar yesterday of experiencing dying once is "effective".

So,
let's ask, "what is important"
"what to let go of"

My life is "spcial" to ME,
and it's only a "memory" for another.

・・・if that's the case I want to live with  "my own values at the core"

My own values at the core= alive, excited

Not living by someone else's core

→ Let that go!

What is the life that you really truly wanted to live?!

7 things that will change your life while at home
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

In this current state of Corona,
there are likely many people who are having work adjustments and are spending more time at home.

Today I will share with you "7 things to change your life, while at home"

[Fisrt] List up your dreams

Take a decent amount of time,
to write out your dreams of who you want to be.

There are 3 types of dreams.

"BE" Who you want to be, the person you want to BECOME.

"DO" The things you want to do or experience

"HAVE" What you want to accomplish and/or things you want to have.

Use this opportunity to think about it and write it out.

[2nd]  Create a habit of indoor exercise

According to Harvard medical school the first cause that is creating "a feeling of tiredness" is "a lessening in amount of exercise."

Now that we walk around and about less,
it's a great chance to create a habit of indoor exercise.

It can be a fun thing to do with your children too.

[3rd] Secure time for investing in yourself

Many people look to entertainment to distract them from their anxiety or boredom.
Using the TV, internet, SNS, games, variety shows etc...
These things are simply a "wasteful use" of your time.

Reading books, listening to audios, learning through videos, etc.
Secure time for leveling yourself up.
This time is an "investment"

[4th] Close your eyes for a while and place your focus on your breath

This act, also called Mindfulness,
a a habit that many executives of companies like Google are employing.

When we are surrounded by an overflowing amount of information, it hinders us from being able to make calm judgements.
By closing your eyes and focusing your consciousness on your breath for just 1 to 20 minutes,
you can heighten the concentration pathways of your brain.

Instead of reacting to situations, you are then able to take control of your emotions.

[5th] Stretch to eliminate stagnation

When your body hardens, then your ability to recover weakens.
Even just by stretching before sleep, it will improve your body's ability to recover from tiredness during your sleep.

If you spend alot of time sitting on the sofa of a chair,
and if you are nervous or anxious on top of it, your body will subconsciously tighten,
and that will make your tighter and tighter. (harder)

Just stretching both hands high above your head will help your body to reset so please try it!

[6th] Lessen your belongings. Throw it away.

If you often spend a lot of time outside the house,
it's a good idea to take part in this act of  "throwing away".

In reality, when your environment is messy, that alone will cause your brain to not function as well.

Your living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet etc.

Try taking a photo of it, and find (from the photo) the things you no longer need.

[7th] Practice gratitude

When there are many things we must do or tend to,
what is easy to forget about it "being grateful"

Take a deep breath,
and focus on the things that you are grateful for or that are important to you,
and write out what you are grateful for. Experience the gratitude for it.

Even doing that alone will change you.

World class coach, Anthony Robbins also says,

"An abundant life is found in the habit of gratitude"

Today was slightly different content than usual.
I'll be pleased if it brought a few hints your way.
