Oh！
I met my athletic teacher today in Hamamatsu.

Yuichi Tanaka.
He is a head coach and scout for girls business group ekiden.
Mori coach from Toyokawa high school is now a coach豊川高校だった森監督が現在、監督だ。

He used to be let ekiden team 7th.

But Mori  teacher let team won 7 times for No1. and No2.
He told me the difference.

Takumi,

to make a strong team・・・
not to teach.

If we teach, it stops.
make circumstance which automatically want to know.
Create people who leans and glow.

It told me a lot.
