Organizational Expansion and the Awareness of Position B

At B-Position Kerin University, the goal is to expand the organization with an emphasis on the "B: Bridge" mindset. It’s not just about competition, but rather the spirit of coexistence, with the following points in mind:

The Role B Position

  • Serve as a bridge

  • Foster a culture of introductions

  • Focus on coexistence, not competition

Collaboration between Takumi Yamazaki and Position B

When it comes to the question of "who to rely on," many people feel uncomfortable asking for help. People can generally be divided into four types:

  1. Those who see life as what is happening right now

    • Tend to compare themselves to others, avoiding challenges and failures.

    • Strong desire to not be in the spotlight.

  2. Those who carve their own path in life

    • Actively take steps and create their own way forward.

    • However, they may find it hard to understand the mindset of Type 1.

    • This is why it’s important to say, “Could you lend me a hand?”

  3. Those who see the world like a reflection or picture

    • Take an objective, bird’s-eye view of the world.

  4. Those who consider the world as one with themselves, reaching an enlightened state

    • Live in harmony with everything, possessing deep understanding.

Characteristics of Successful People

Successful people are not the ones with the most "ups," but those with the most "downs." (can also be thought of as aspects that are missing.

  • They don’t put their own talents at the forefront, but instead, they bring out the best in others.

  • They often play a behind-the-scenes role, supporting those around them.

  • By telling others, “You can do it,” they help unlock their potential.

Secrets of Success and Lectures

  • Lectures should be like an omnibus CD, offering diverse perspectives.

  • Good stories are presented in a way like a "multi-course bento box."

  • Successful people build groups.

  • "Know-who" is more important than "Know-how" — meaning, who you associate with matters more.

  • Increasing your self-image is the key to success.

  • Self-image improves through external influence from others.

Summary

At Position-B Kerin University, it's crucial to be aware of the role of "bridging" and creating an environment where the entire organization can grow together. Let’s focus on the value of introductions and connections, and build a culture that prioritizes coexistence over competition. Furthermore, the key to success lies in "Know-who"—enhancing self-image through relationships, with the aim of collective growth.

  • I shared three keys!

    ↓↓↓

Yamazaki's Three Keys to Achieving Your Ideal Life

Key 1: "Dreams aren’t something to be fulfilled, they’re something to begin."

Dreams are born from action. It’s important to start small. Example: Voice actor → radio drama, singer → small-scale live performance, restaurant → home brunch gathering, etc.

Key 2: Keep asking, 'Who should I ask for advice?'"

Don’t try to go it alone; seek help in areas where you're not strong.

Management = planning skills, leadership = the ability to move people.

Ideally, you should be able to do both, but if you're weak in one, delegate it to someone who excels in that area.

    Key 3: "Never give up."

Miracles lie just beyond "one more step."

Success is not just about effort; it’s a collage of "coincidence" and "miracles."

See your life as a movie and don’t give up just before your "climactic scene."
