Mamoru Nanamura
Born in Osaka in 1955. After graduating Yamaguchi University in 1979 joined Recruit holdings. In 1989 he served as CEO for Recruit North Kanto branch. In October1990, he started his own company with 7 others, founded what is the predecessor of Septeni now, Subandliminal. Starting with human resource consulting, and starting businesses of sending out direct mails, telemarketing and human outsourcing. In 2000, the company name was changed to Septeni holdings. And in August 2001 it went public. Currently, he holds position of honorary chairman.
