When unpleasant things happen,

humans come up with negative emotions such as

"sadness" or "insecurity" or "despair"

That is what's called the

『primary emotion』 and that this point is an honest emotion.

What comes after that primary emotion is sometimes
『anger』
This is what's called the 『secondary emotion』
This is where it gets a little complicated

And if this 『anger』develops a further it can turn into

『ridicule』or『bullying』.
This is the tertiary emotion

It's gotten two cycles more complex from the primary emotion, so I think it is safe to say that its pretty twisted by now.

People who make fun of others are in fact angry people, and angry people are in fact people who are sad

It means that at the core, they have this feeling of 『sadness』

What should be communicated to people is the primary emotion
For example, even if you get angry saying "why can't you do even this!?" the only message that will get across is that "someone got mad at me." 『Anger』communicates absolutely nothing of what you want to communicate.

If this turns into a tertiary expression it gets even worse
"What the hell? You can't even do something so simple?"
The message that gets across here is almost non-existent. Expressing emotions in a way that only communicates aggressiveness is the same as violence

What should be communicated is the primary emotion
"I asked you to do it because I thought you could..." You just need to communicate in an honest way
The rest, the other people will realize and possibly get hurt on their own
That's what it means to express things with a message
There is no need to go out of your way to hurt people

If you start to feel anger rising up, be sure to look for the primary emotion that is at the core of it

Anger communicates nothing, and anger goes unrewarded

If you want to communicate something, then rather than expressing with anger, express with sadness.
