I Was Escaping into Effort Because I Lacked Courage. Courage Is a Weapon in Life!

Don't stop at “Let's do our best.”

Decide together what to do next,

and build a system that works even when you forget.

↓↓↓

① When someone is cheering you on, it's easier to take action

When you feel that “someone is watching over me,” confidence grows. Even with someone who can't get moving, it matters to stand beside them with “Let's think it through together” rather than blame them.

② “Do your best” alone doesn't tell you what to do

For example, with just “Make dinner,” some people can't move.

* What will you make?

* What's in the fridge?

* What's missing?

* When will you go shopping?

The idea was to decide, together, even the small actions that can be done right away.

Don't push — stand beside them.

Comfortable micromanagement.

③ Think not only about numbers, but about “why you want to do it”

Beyond the goal of “increasing sales,” think about what kind of life you want to live.

Goals don't move people.

Purpose moves people.

* I want to build a system that brings in income and see all kinds of places around the world.

* I want to meet new people.

* In my hometown, I want to do fun, festival-like things with my friends.

Those are the wishes. Numbers are just markers for realizing that life.

④ Rather than trying hard not to forget, build a system where it's fine if you forget

As your circle of friends grows, it becomes hard to remember everyone in your head alone.

So,

* Make a table of each friend's name and situation.

* Write down the next date to get in touch.

* Set an alarm to remind you to check the table.

Let's build a system like that!

⑤ Think from the picture you want to realize, not only from what's possible right now

Think not only about “what can I make with the ingredients I have now,” but “what do I really want to make, and what do I need for it?”

Instead of thinking only in your head, write it on a big sheet of paper — it's easier to find what's missing and discover new ways.

⑥ Think of money as “the amount that came in” and “the amount that remained,” separately

Even if products sell and money comes in, not all of it is profit.

Money from sales − money spent on purchasing and activities = profit

What matters is to secure the money you need for living, set an upper limit for what you spend on activities, and record what you spend. For people struggling with payments, take care not to add to their burden.

You really should keep a cash book!

It was wild~~~

It was fun!

A company president who has awakened 1,000 times.

Since elementary school, on the back of her tests she wrote:

“I won't do arithmetic.”

The woman who said she would heal the Earth...

I talked about how outrageously wild this guest is!

Can you believe it?!

If you bought a ticket,

you can join the ONE LOVE FES, with volunteer lecturers taking part!

For free.

The coaches' salon...

Yesterday, Koichi Honda was our guest and spoke!

I was escaping into effort

because I lacked courage.

What a great line.

It was a legendary place.

So many memories with Koichi Honda! (lol)

An anti-aging worldview!
