What I learned from the tea I had with Nishizawa-kun the other day was...
It is about the Black Engine and the White Engine.
The Black Engine is fueled by thoughts like:
"I won't lose." "I'll show them what I can do." "I'll push through with sheer grit."
It is the power to move forward using appearances, vanity, comparison, and jealousy as fuel.
In contrast, the White Engine...
Moves forward using your own aspirations and mission as the engine.
When starting out, there may be cases where you move forward using the Black Engine.
I'm sure I also started with a Black Engine.
However, at some point, I began to think:
"How should I be?"
"What do I truly want to do?"
And I believe I transitioned to the White Engine.
Nevertheless, when thoughts like:
"I must achieve this goal no matter what." "If I can't do this, I'll lose to so-and-so." "It would be embarrassing if I don't achieve this." ...begin to occupy my mind, I end up using the Black Engine.
Let's face our own hearts once more.
What do you truly want to do?
Once that is granted, what do you want to do then?
How do you truly want to be?
Once that is granted, how do you truly want to be?
A life aligned with your mission.
What kind of life is that for you?

Three Questions to Find Your Mission
To bring your mission to the surface, we will approach it from the following three perspectives. Don't overthink it—please share whatever comes to mind intuitively.
1. What Makes Your Soul Rejoice (Passion)
"If you didn't have to worry about money or time, what is something you could do all day without getting bored?" "What games or interests were you completely absorbed in as a child?"
2. What Comes Naturally to You (Talent)
"What is something you consider 'ordinary,' yet others often thank you for or are surprised by, saying 'That’s amazing!'?" (e.g., listening to people, organizing information, reading the atmosphere of a room, etc.)
3. The Pain You Want to Solve (Contribution)
"What news or events in the world can you simply not ignore, or what makes you feel strong anger or sadness?" (Note: Your mission is often dormant within the "suffering" you have overcome in the past or the "societal issues" you wish to solve.)
"What Moves your Soul"
Q4. Specifically, what does it look like when a person you are involved with is in an "awakened" state? (Example: When they start thinking for themselves? When they become financially free? When they begin to unleash their natural talents? When their hesitation disappears?)
Q5. As a "Teacher of Life," if there were "one single truth (message)" you wanted to convey most, what would it be? (Example: "The world is much freer," "You can change your life with your own power," "You become strong by knowing the truth," etc.)
