3. Love
4. Stillness
5. Non-Attachment
This is a summarization of these 3 Sacred and important states.

Sacred State 3: Love
~—Not an emotion, but a baseline way of being ~
1. Its definition and nature
• Not emotion or performance: Love is not something you force yourself to do.
Love is a state of being that arises when the nervous system (somatic level) is regulated.
• Generative: Love is not something you obtain from outside (or try to obtain).
It is something generated from within.
The key question: “Where in your life have you been seeking love instead of generatng it?"
• Function: A frequency that removes inner resistance and friction, and expands possibility.
It restores connection between self, Source (God), and others.
2. Impact on your environment
• Emotional contagion:
Stress and love spread to others through sweat and atmosphere
(e.g., experiments show that smelling a stressed person’s T-shirt raises stress hormones).
• Leadership:
The most coherent heart in the room, naturally becomes the leader.
• A key question:
“What kind of emotional environment am I creating for the people around me? What do others feel in my presence — safety, tension, or ease?”
3. Relationship to Success
• Love removes the "inner tax":
Love does not slow you down. It removes the unconscious mental and emotional taxes you were paying.
• Not self-sacrifice :
Love is a form of success that refuses to cost you your soul, and makes life better for everyone else.
4. Practice
• Loving Kindness Meditation
Expand the object of love step by step:
yourself → people in the same room → your home → your town → your country → the Earth.
Sacred State 4: Stillness
~ The place where clarity emerges without effort,
the pathway through which intuition flows ~
1. Definition and importance
• Stillness is the presence beneath the noise.
An effortless space: Not emptiness or passivity, but a state where noise dissolves and clarity arises without effort.
• Ancient technology: Practiced by roughly 70% of indigenous cultures,
this is an ancient technology—not a luxury modern people have lost, but a capacity they’ve forgotten.
• The key to surrender: A superpower that allows you to release control and ride the flow of life.
2. Tools for Cultivating stillness (altered states)
1. Prayer and meditation:
Both hermetic (inner) practices and active forms (such as walking meditation).
2. Breathwork:
Instantly regulates the nervous system.
Creates immediate presence.
3. Neurotraining:
Using devices to train attention and coherence.
4. Plant medicine:
Plant-based healing used within traditional (not recreational) ceremonies.
Context + reverence matters.
3. Relationship with Intuition
• Creating a channel for guidance:
Without stillness, intuition (signals) get buried in noise.
The key is to listen first (silence) before acting.
• The Ganzfeld experiment:
Even when sensory input is blocked,
intuition and imagery can still be transmitted.
• Intuition training (Sonia Choquette method):
Choose something with a pattern and quietly observe it while dropping awareness into the heart.
Ask a yes/no question.
Ask three times:
“What is my heart saying?”
(1st time = intuition,
2nd time = thinking,
3rd time = emotion)Thank your intuition.
Sacred State 5: Non-Attachment
~Freedom from time, and certainty beyond outcomes~
1. Definition and Symbols
• The Diamond Identity:
No matter which direction life moves in (no matter where the arrows point),
"I'm good--because I'm the diamond."
• Liberation from time:
Releasing emotional loyalty to the past (memories / distortions)
and the future (expectations / anxiety), and reclaiming your energy back into now.
2. Common Misunderstandings
• It is not indifference:
You don’t stop having dreams or desires.
It is the state of caring deeply without gripping.
• The river metaphor:
Instead of clinging to branches along the riverbank, you let yourself swim with the current.
3. The "No Big Deal" method
• The paradox: Strong desire also creates resistance.
The stance of “It'd be wonderful if it happens, but I’m okay even if it doesn’t”
dissolves resistance.(attachment)
• Happiness in advance:
Not “I’ll be happy when results appear,” but being happy before results appear.
• The "cheque is in the mail" metaphor:
The moment you know the money is coming
(the moment you see proof), you relax—even if the cash isn’t in your hand yet.
In the same way, you rest now because you trust the future outcome.
4. Effects on Success
• PQ (Positivity Quotient):
Higher team happiness increases success rates by 55%.
Happiness amplifies capability.
• Steve Jobs example:
Being fired from Apple by the very CEO he hired—
facing public humiliation—returned him to the lightness of a beginner, which ultimately led to greater success.
The Roles of Each State (Summary)
The lecture organizes the relationship between the states as follows:
1. Knowingness:
Provides identity—knowing that “who I was in the past ≠ who I am.”
2. Faith:
I trust life without guarantees.
3. Love:
I generate my emotional state internally.
4. Stillness:
I stop feeding mental noise and allow guidance (intuition) to flow.
5. Non-Attachment:
I draw wisdom from past and future, but bring my energy into the present.
