How to get better quality sleep?

――There are a few fundamentals behind this.

First and foremost, “treat sleep like a lighthouse.”
In other words, make it non-negotiable.
Never delay it, cut it short for homework, or sacrifice it for social plans.

No matter the day, go to bed at the same time every night.
That’s the golden rule.

Next comes managing meals.
I personally leave an 8–10 hour fasting window before sleep.
This allows the body to rest and the heart rate to drop naturally.

I also sleep in a completely darkened room.
Sleeping alone is a luxury, yes — but it’s also a factor that raises the quality of rest.

In addition, I use a temperature-adjusting mattress,
which helps maintain deep comfort through the night.

It took me two full years to build this system.

Now, I enjoy high-quality sleep every single night.
Because poor sleep, on the other hand—
can make your entire life feel miserable.

(Madonna × Jay Shetty Podcast)

1) Core Message (What It's Really Saying)

  • spiritual life is not a luxury — it’s a survival strategy and the foundation of success.
Without it, we interpret events as accidents or victimization, sinking into comparison and self-pity. With it, we reframe events as lessons, strengthening our resilience, creativity ad inner peace.

2) Key Definitions (Aligning terms)

  • Spiritual Life: A habit of turning inward — learning, prayer/meditation, reflection, and intention-setting. (Independent of religious affiliation.)

  • Consciousness: The mental muscle that pauses before reacting, to ask: What does this mean? What’s my role?

  • Manifestation: Realizing outcomes by using oneself as a channel or vessel for light, to give rather than to get.

  • Radical Acceptance: The stance of first accepting unpleasant events as necessary lessons meant to arise.

  • Third Space:A reflective environment beyond work or home-temple, church, community-that sustains the inner self.

3) Background・Why It's Needed

  • Today’s world is overloaded with noise (SNS, constant stimulation).Silence and reflection are fading, and third spaces are disappearing.

  • As a result, we rely excessively on external measures — validation, wealth, followers — and lose our inner calm.

4) Main Arguments (Logic Flow)

  1. Nothing is random: Every event is a learning task, seen through the lens of karma or quantum causality.

  2. Victim or student: Growth begins when we shift from “Why me?” to “What am I meant to learn?”

  3. Success = Consciousness × Capacity: Talent isn’t ownership; it’s stewardship. We manage the light — we don’t own it.

  4. Outer success + inner practice coexist: In fact, inner work is what creates sustainable outer success.

  5. Acceptance → Recovery: The sooner we accept illness, loss, or crisis, the faster we heal.

  6. AI vs. Consciousness: AI can copy algorithms but not consciousness; human intention and soul remain decisive.

5) Evidence (Episodes)

  • 29 years of Kabbalah study and continuous mentorship.

  • A shift inward sparked by childbirth — asking, “What am I here to teach?”

Reflections from extreme experiences (custody battle, sepsis): “The faster the acceptance, the faster the recovery.”

  • Creative expression: since Ray of Light, inner learning directly fuels artistic work.

  • Lesson from fallen stars of the same era: unchecked light destroys — capacity and discipline are essential.

6) Practice Protocol (How-To)

Daily/Weekly Loop

  1. Ensure silence: Disconnect from devices for 5–20 minutes of stillness (breath, prayer, meditation).

  2. Learn: Study sacred texts, poetry, or philosophy weekly (Bible, Vedas, Kabbalah, etc.) to return to center.
  3. Learn: Study sacred texts, poetry, or philosophy weekly (Bible, Vedas, Kabbalah, etc.) to return to center.

  4. Question intention:

      • Why am I taking this action— for approval or for contribution?

      • Who benefits from my success — only me, or others too?

  5. Reframing meainingEvents=Not as punishments but as a lesson

  6. Hold a Third space Fix times for spiritual environments — worship, study, or family rituals.

  7. Design moderation: Build filaments that regulate light (rest, boundaries, guidance).

  8. End with gratitude: Recognize results as gifts — remind yourself you’re the channel, not the source.

7) Common Pitfalls→ Antidotes

    • Comparison / Envy → Notice the “joy killer,” turn off devices, breathe for 3 minutes.

    • Guilt loops → Guilt is ego. Responsibility = awareness + correction plan only.

    • Algorithmic conformity → Audit unintentional posting or over-optimization weekly.

    • Owning outward success → Post a visible note: “I am the manager, not the owner.”

8) Applications (By Role)

    • Artists: Your work=a channel of light. When ego or overinterpretation arises — pause, pray, and return to stillness.

    • Parents: Offer questions and environments, not imposed teachings. Share rituals of reflection.

    • As sons/daughters: See parents as individuals; understanding their context births compassion

9) Reflective Practice (5 minute format)

  1. 1️⃣ Write the event: What difficulty are you facing now?
2️⃣ Express the victim’s voice (1 min): Why does this feel unfair?
3️⃣ Reframe (1 min): What lesson is this asking me to learn?
4️⃣ Purify intention (1 min): Whom will my next action ease?
5️⃣ Design capacity (1 min): When is your 10-minute silence or next third-space visit?

10) Takeaways (Portable Line)

"What happens is a lesson not a punishment.I am not the owner of the light--I am its manager."

Post these two lines where you can see them daily.

Before each action, cycle through Intention → Acceptance → Practice.
That’s the shortest path out of comparison and victimhood —and back into creation and peace.

Theme: Soul Growth, Forgiveness, Karma, Integration of Light and Shadow, and True Manifestation

🧭 Stage 1:The Misunderstanding of Manifestation

  • Many people treat manifestation as a mechanical formula for success — “If you wish for it, it will come true.”

  • But true manifestation is co-creation with the Universe, not something you manufacture alone.

  • When you try to “reproduce results,” the ego takes over and breaks that partnership with the Universe.

Manifest = Manu (human) + Fest (celebration) = the preparation to receive blessings.

🌌 Stage 2: The Law of the Universe ― "Becoming a Giver"

  • Everything in the universe exists and is designed to serve and give — the sun, water, oxygen, trees.

  • Only humans have been educated out of this instinct, leaning toward “taking.”

  • To give and to serve is to align with the cosmic flow.
“We’re wired for generosity, but educated for greed.”

🪞 Stage 3: Daily Practice- Reflection and Awareness

  • A true spiritual life includes ritual moments of reflection.

  • Every day or week, ask yourself: What did I give? What did I learn? What did I reflect upon?

  • Success isn’t measured by income, but by how much you’ve helped others and how your soul has grown.

→ The key is making inner reflection a daily habit.

⚖️ Stage 4: Forgiveness and Karma--Love Beyond the Ego

  • Forgiveness isn’t for others; it’s for the liberation of your own soul.

  • Hatred, resentment, and revenge are poisons — self-made prisons.

  • Through conflict with her own brother, Madonna learned that forgiving an enemy means forgiving oneself.
→ “If you can’t forgive me, forgive yourself.”

  • Forgiveness purifies karma and lets energy flow freely again.

🔥 Stage 5: Integration of Darkness and Light--Darkness as a Teacher

  • Darkness (fear, anxiety, guilt) isn’t an enemy — it’s the raw material of growth.
Light shines only in the presence of darkness.

  • → → The moment you bring light into the dark is when the soul evolves.

  • Don’t reject pain — observe it.

    • Step 1: Pause before reacting.
Step 2: Embrace discomfort without fleeing.
      Step 3: Trust beyond logic.
Step 4: Ask for the lesson, What is this here to teach me?

🌱 Stage 6: Soul Evolution--Strength of Soul Over Personality

  • Personality is the outer armor; soul strength is the inner light.

  • Madonna’s “warrior strength” becomes true power when transformed into soul-level kindness.
→ The present challenge is your soul’s training ground. The purpose isn’t in the future — it’s in today’s test.

💫 Stage 7: Certainty and Surrender--Faith beyond Logic

  • Every hardship has a spiritual reason.

  • Holding Certainty Beyond Logic is the key to awakening.

  • Pain that defies understanding is part of the soul’s ripening process.

  • As the Kabbalah teaches, “The bitter fruit becomes the sweetest when ripe.”

Rejection is purification — the entrance to growth.

🕊️ Stage 8: Parenthood as practice-Releasing Control

  • A child is not a parent’s copy but a traveler on an individual soul journey.

  • The more we cling to “should be,” the more control and suffering arise.

  • “Silence is also love.”
Trust and watchfulness — rather than interference — help both souls evolve.

🌍 Stage 9: The Core of Kabbalah-Particpating with the Creator's Intention

  • Kabbalah is the study of Why.

  • Even the world’s pain is resistance created for light to grow.

  • Each of us faces our own Tikkun (soul correction); transcending it brings the whole world closer to light.

→ To overcome darkness is to co-create the world anew with the Creator.

🌞Stage 10: Conclusion--Giving in Order to Receive

  • Madonna’s ultimate realization:

  • “I want it all — but for the sake of sharing.”
The soul’s purpose is to complete the cycle of giving in order to receive.
In that state, your actions and words themselves become vessels of light.

🔑 5 Line Summary

  1.  Manifestation = Co-creation with the Universe.

  2. Giving is the essence of the cosmos.

  3. Acceptance of darkness leads to soul evolution.

  4. Forgiveness and surrender dissolve karma.

  5. The purpose lies not in the future, but in today’s challenge.
