We held a “pre-celebration” party for the movie! 🎬✨
Truly, such amazing people gathered together.
I should’ve been the one saying “Thank you!”—
but every time our eyes met,
I somehow kept saying “I’m sorry!” instead 😂
It was that kind of blissful, overwhelming time.
Really—thank you so much. 🙏
Each and every staff member who supported us
with their unique personality, talent, and radiant aura...
I was honestly drunk on everyone’s energy!
If that same group ever hosted a seminar—
what on earth would happen?! 😆
And… let’s just say, some things were said
that can’t even be written here!!
From the bottom of my heart—
thank you to everyone who came! 💫
Toast speech by HIROYUKI IRIE (@hiro612desu612)!
Producer 嶋田 豪 (@tsuyoshi.shimada.tam)
Each and every person here
is intensely amazing—
and so dear to my heart. 💫
The script was written by Mitsutoshi Saijo(@saijo_taiyo) · X)—
originally a solo comedian from Yoshimoto. 🎭
At a certain secret spot in Roppongi Hills・・・
Just too wonderful. ✨
Team Theater Baked Potato
Well… everyone there
was so used to being photographed
that hardly anyone was actually taking photos 😂
So—if you happened to snap any, please send them my way~~!
I’ll post them here later! (lol) 📸✨
I'm awaiting the photos〜〜〜〜
And then at Toyosu Pitt・・・
I sang! 🎤✨
Huge thanks to Happy-san! 💖
So nervous during the rehearsal! lol
Here’s what I realized:
Giving a speech doesn’t make me nervous.
But singing does.
Why?
Because when I sing,
I still think the “answer” might exist somewhere outside myself.
But the truth is—
I am the answer.
And Sa-chan…
completely stripped that open for me.
She unzipped the zipper called ego—
wide open~~~ 💫
How wonderful
We travelled together. Thank you so much!
A gave a speech in Gifu
Thank you so much! 🙏
I truly felt the power of Gifu!
Everyone was so kind and warm—
I’m deeply grateful for all your hospitality.
And through this experience,
I also caught a glimpse of the key
to unlocking what I’ve been storing within.
In short…
It all comes down to “knowing.”
In my line of work too,
I’m convinced—if this awareness doesn’t come,
nothing else can begin.
For regional cities especially,
knowing is everything.
Back in junior high, something happened.
A girl I’d become friends with told me she was transferring schools.
When I asked why, she hesitated and said—
“My dad thinks the cultural level here in the countryside is too low.
That’s why we’re moving.”
When I asked, what does ‘cultural level’ mean?,
she said it’s because there aren’t museums or good schools here.
I remember thinking—
“Even if I lived in the city, I probably wouldn’t go to museums anyway.”
But now, I finally understand what she meant.
What matters isn’t living in the city—it’s knowing.
The importance of knowing—
and first, knowing that it’s important to know.
Because once you know,
ideas begin to arise naturally, like a reflex.
So first—just know.
〜〜〜
I found myself wanting to truly experience Gifu again.
First of all—the warmth and sincerity of the people there are just irresistible.
So many talented, grounded, and quietly powerful individuals.
That’s honestly what I felt!
Out of curiosity, I looked up “Gifu” on ChatGPT…

🗾 Gifu Prefecture: The Definitive "Local Traits" List
🌄 1. "Plain looking? Maybe. But full of quiet pride"
They joke about having “nothing,” yet humbly carry world-class treasures like Shirakawa-go, Takayama, Gero Onsen, and Seki’s blades.
They might get slightly hurt if you call them “plain,” but when they get serious, they’re formidable.
🏔 2. Trained to instantly answer when asked "Where's Gifu?"
“Next to Nagoya!” “Beside Nagano!” “On the way to Toyama!” — they’ve mastered quick geography replies.
But deep down, they want to say: “We’re the heart of Japan.”
🚌 3. Culturally "Can't Live without a Car"
Buses don’t come. Trains are rare.
Even high schoolers have part-time jobs just to save for a car.
For locals, lifelines = your car + AEON Mall.
🍜 4. Food pride that's extremely local
“Gifu Tanmen” is soul food.
“Gohei-mochi” divides the region (miso vs. soy-sauce camps).
“Kei-chan” chicken recipes vary so much by household, they’re basically a family identity.
🏞 5. Nature is the standard of all conversation
“Look how clear the river is today” means it’s a beautiful season.
They sense the weather from the green of the mountains and the smell of the air.
When snow comes: “Ah, it’s finally here.”
💬 6. Dialect with deep flavor
Phrases like “~yao,” “~yate,” and “~yanka” are basics.
Words like osogai (scary) and yattokame (long time no see) have warmth and rhythm.
Conversation flows slowly; people read each other’s feelings deeply.
🧘♂️ 7. "Humble but unshakably strong
They don’t show off, but once they decide, they move.
Masters of effort without showing effort.
Patience and harmony run through their veins—true Tokai spirit.
🏠 8. "Going to Nagoya" =Maximum Excitement
Meieki (Nagoya Station) is “the city.”
Climbing the Takashimaya stairs with a Starbucks cup = instant posture boost.
But on the way home: “Still, Gifu feels more relaxing.”
🧤 9. Naturally immune to freezing winters
Below zero? “Pretty normal.”
Frozen laundry? “Seasonal tradition.”
Winter essentials = kotatsu + mandarin (mikan) + local TV “Gifu Channel.”
💖 10. Deeply sincere, emotionally rich
They may seem shy, but once you bond, it’s for life.
Perfect balance of loyalty and warmth.
Kindness often goes unspoken—Gifu people burn quietly but deeply.
🎭 Summary: "People of Gifu in a word..."
“Calm on the outside, artisan spirit within.”
The land of mountains, rivers, and quietly strong people.
And honestly…
I thought that’s spot on! 😆
When Gifu people get serious—they’re absolutely incredible. 💪💫

Lots of deep learning!
Become a competitive sleeper!
Use your sleep.
Integrate while you sleep.
One who "evolves in their sleep."
Treat sleep as a form of "subconscious meditation"
ally with your brain's synaptic reconstruction--
and in a state to “let sleep be what sets you apart”──
That's what it means to be a Competitive Sleeper
This phrase really struck a chord with me.
Maybe because… somewhere along the way,
I’d stopped sleeping for the very same reason. 🌙
Singularity represents a Western worldview—
a future driven by technological convergence and exponential change.
But then comes Plurality—
the age of many worlds coexisting.
After the Self-Organizing Society(自立社会),
comes the Natural Society(自然社会)—
“Jinen,” a state of being as it is, in harmony with all things. 🌿
In this phase,
AI and humanity blend seamlessly,
balance replaces control,
and the axis of value shifts
from Monetary Capital to Empathy Capital.
So the ultimate question becomes:
How can we become good ancestors?

The SINIC theory
Created in 1970 by Kazuma Tateishi, founder of OMRON, the SINIC theory is a predictive model for understanding "How will the future evolve?"
At its core is the belief that Science, Technology, and Society evolve cyclically,
constantly influencing one another—like a spiral of co-creation.
And the true engine driving this cycle is the human desire and will to make the future better.
The meaning of the name SINIC
The name SINIC stands for:
Seed–Innovation to Need–Impetus Cyclic Evolution
🌱 Seed – Seeds of science and ideas
💡 Innovation – New technologies born from those seeds
🌏 Need – Society begins to want those technologies
⚙️ Impetus – Those needs, in turn, fuel further science and innovation
🔁 Cyclic Evolution – This continuous feedback loop keeps the world evolving
In other words,
Science → Technology → Society → Need → Science → …
a repeating, expanding cycle through which the world transforms—not linearly, but organically and harmoniously.
History as a Series of Evolving Stages--The Flow of Societal Change
🧭 The Shift in Mindset: From “Control” to “Harmony”
In Western thinking, AI tends toward maximization — a drive for domination, mastery, and control.
But in Eastern philosophy, AI evolves toward Plurality(多元生) — the coexistence of many truths and values.
↓↓↓
As Audrey Tang, Taiwan’s Digital Minister, puts it:
“AI should not be like Terminator —
It should be like Anpanman.
Design it that way from the start!” 🍞✨
This is the essence of an Eastern view of AI:
not competition and hierarchy, but harmony and coexistence.
AI and humans are not opposing forces —
they are companions, co-creating the future together.
It’s a worldview rooted in Buddhism and Taoism,
where all beings are interconnected and balance arises naturally through harmony.
🌏 “Plurality” — A World of Many Voices
“Plurality” (多元生) means a society where many diverse opinions and values coexist.
So instead of a single god-like AI ruling over humanity,
AI should act as a mirror of collective voices,
helping to orchestrate harmony among them. 🎶
AI=Mirror Society=Co-Creation
| Perspective | Western View of AI | Audrey Tang’s (Eastern) View of AI |
|---|---|---|
| Relationship | Domination & Competition | Coexistence & Harmony |
| Core Focus | Power, Efficiency, Control | Diversity, Dialogue, Connection |
| Role of AI | A being that surpasses humans | A mirror that reflects human voices |
| Goal | To produce the “right answer” | To co-create a better world together |
“AI shouldn’t be the king,” Tang says.
“It should be like the conductor’s baton—
guiding the orchestra so everyone can play in harmony.” 🎻✨
