Come and find out why so many people are drawn to Keisuke Nakao!
I’m honestly super excited about this one.
There’s this amazing energy in the people who gather around him.
Why do they come?
Why, why?
I have a feeling the answer lies in his idea of “virtue-building”—stacking up good deeds as you live.
So… what’s this seminar going to be about?!

Keisuke Nakao (34) – “Live the way you love, and build virtue along the way”

Living freely by speaking naturally and being 100% himself.

There are even people who’ve written blog posts about what they learned from Nakao-san.

I finally got to attend Keisuke Nakao’s 1,000-person seminar I’d been curious about for so long.
I first saw it in someone’s Story, set a timer, and signed up on the spot.
I’m so glad I followed that intuition back then! 🩵
The first thing that surprised me was discovering that Nakao-san had also studied in the Rinri Hojinkai (Ethics Corporation Association), where I’ve been learning for about three years.
Lately, I’ve felt a strong pull toward his presence on Instagram—watching his Lives without knowing much about him, binging his Reels.
So the moment I found out about that shared connection, it was like a spark—I felt so connected‼️‼️
It made me realize that when you value similar things deeply, you can’t help but be drawn together.
From this seminar, my biggest takeaway was: “I can believe in myself more.”
There are still so many times when I doubt myself—wondering if this choice is really okay, or if this way of thinking is right.
But this seminar gave me the push to trust myself more, to speak my truth, and to take action.
During the session, Nakao-san shared a phrase from ethics: Shinsei Banji — When you believe, act as if it’s already come true.
I was so moved to find we were learning the same teachings.
Right now, I’m fully committed to putting my ethics practice into action.
I’m lucky to have a mentor nearby who’s gone viral while young, giving talks all over Japan.
During the seminar, I even messaged him to say, “I’m going all in again—this time I’ll really produce results.”
That’s how much this seminar lit a fire in me 🔥.
Since I can’t sum it all up in sentences (lol), here are my bullet points 🫶
◾️ Teachings I had been unconsciously valuing from Hitori Saito
Speak “heavenly words” (positive words)
Cherish virtue
Don’t speak ill of others
Nothing good comes from anger
Nakao-san treasures these too.
◾️ Universal Principles
Law of cause and effect
Law of “what you give, comes back”
Law of “believe and it will become”
Murphy’s Law
Everything that happens has a cause.
Wish and Gratitude = Origin and Cause
Have a heart that wishes, know gratitude—this leads to results.
Action matters, but you’re also being tested on how strongly you hold that desire.
Seeds take time to bloom; there's a time lag.
Believe and keep moving. This is worth treasuring.
◾️ Thoughts Invite Reality
Think → Imagine → Envision → Wish → Give Thanks
Write and think, over and over!
Before sleeping, keep envisioning the reality you want.
Nakao-san apparently did this for 90 minutes daily (until his monthly income reached 10 million yen).
A shooting star grants a wish because it’s something you can wish for instantly and clearly.
Ideas:
How I would use money when my monthly income is 10 million yen
Things that make my soul happy
Quotes that strike my heart
Phrases I want to recite every day
Don’t just write them once—make it a daily habit to instill them in yourself!
I even created a daily gratitude chant—now I really have to copy and use it!
◾️ First Thing to Do When Starting a Company
Create your philosophy.
Why does your company exist?
What is it here for, and where is it headed?
It’s not about the numbers first—solidify the why.
People gather for dreams and philosophy.
◾️ Know Your Destiny
Know your life’s purpose and traits.
Use it as a reference to find meaning.
→ Recently, three people have read mine for me, and I’m so glad I did this.
People will say all sorts of things, but you don’t have to care about others’ judgments.
◾️ Just Do It!
You have to try first!
Don’t quit before “it hits” — think about the wall only once you’ve hit it.
◾️ Words Nakao-san’s Parents Always Told Him
“You can do it.”
“If you try, you’ll make it.”
“You’ll absolutely succeed.”
“No matter what, you’ll be okay.”
“Do it the way you like.”
“I believe in you.”
“I love you.”
Hearing such warm words… of course you’d feel empowered.
Having parents who are your absolute allies is incredible.
I want to be that kind of parent, and also tell my partner and loved ones the same way.
In the end, the two most important things to tell your kids are:
“I believe in you!” and “I love you!”
◾️ Other Nuggets
Only 0.016% of people earn over 100 million yen a year; only 0.031% can keep writing continuously—so aim to be in those groups!
Hilton’s CEO story: It’s not “from bellboy to hotel king,” but “the hotel king started as a bellboy.” The thinking is the latter—it becomes as you believe it to be.
Thank you to my task managers!
Honestly,
there are so many things I would have forgotten about,
or never even thought of,
if you hadn’t done this for me!
Thank you so much!
And today…
I went for a blood test,
but the hospital was closed for the day! (lol)
Staff meeting!
