“DON’T DIE” Movement — Netflix Documentary & Brian Johnson’s Approach to Longevity
The “DON’T DIE” movement refers to the lifestyle and mindset of Brian Johnson featured in the Netflix documentary DON’T DIE: The Man Who Mastered Immortality. Johnson uses his wealth to conduct experiments aimed at rejuvenation and lifespan extension, incorporating exercise as a crucial element in his regimen.
According to Toyo Keizai Online he takes a custom blend of medications along with 54 supplements immediately after waking up, follows a disciplined exercise routine, and goes to bed at 8:30 PM. Eiga.com reports that in addition to his precise exercise program, he also implements blue light blocking measures starting two hours before sleep.
The documentary also touches on topics like genetic analysis, longevity, anti-aging, stem cell banking, and cryopreservation of bodies, with commentary by Naoyoshi Goto and Jun Morikawa.
