I would like to share the final letter of Pope Francis, who recently passed away.
I was deeply moved, so I’m posting it here.
🌺A Letter Left by the Late Pope Francis🌺
“There is nothing in this world that belongs to me.”
— Pope Francis —
To all the beloved children of this world,
Today, as someone passing through this life, I want to leave a small confession.
Every day, I washed my face, groomed myself, and lived standing before the mirror.
I believed that reflected image was “me.”
But looking back, it was merely a temporary garment I wore.
We spend time, money, love, and passion on this body.
We want to be beautiful.
We don’t want to grow old.
We don’t want to get sick.
And… we don’t want to die.
Yet, regardless of our wishes, this body gains weight, falls ill, ages, and quietly drifts away from us.
There is truly nothing in this world that I can call “mine.”
Not the people I love, not my children, not friends, not even this physical body.
All are like clouds—here only temporarily.
Both hateful and beautiful connections were part of the life given to me.
So if it cannot be avoided, embrace them.
If something must be done, think “I will go first,” and step forward.
Not by force, but with a joyful heart.
If there is something you must do, do not postpone it—do it today, right now.
Pour all your heart into the person in front of you.
Will crying solve anything?
Will anger make things better?
Will fighting make you win?
Everything in this world flows according to its own current.
What we can do is create a little space within that flow.
A little compromise.
A little compassion.
A little restraint.
That becomes a warm breath of relief for someone.
And that warmth becomes the power to embrace the world once again.
Now, as I prepare to depart, I want to leave these words:
“Thank you truly.”
To all who touched my life.
To all the connections I’ve had.
And to this beautiful world.
“I am deeply grateful to all who have connected with me.”
Looking back quietly, this life was a journey like a miracle filled with gratitude.
I pray sincerely that such a quiet miracle will come to your life as well.
With heartfelt prayers, I end this letter.

Before getting customers, I need to make acquaintances.
To make acquaintances, it’s all about the number of encounters.
Enjoy it, be joyful, and share freely.
I want new lives to change dramatically all at once.
As I was researching about Sadh Guru・・・
I came across this
🔷【What is Isha Kriya】
A simple yet profoundly powerful meditation technique that unlocks human potential through three core elements:
Breath
Thought
Awareness
According to Sadhguru, “This is not a technique to become a ‘superhuman,’ but a process to truly realize how wonderful it is to simply be human.”
🔷【Theoretical Background】
Re-examining human perception by dividing it as follows:
"I am not this body"
"I am not even this mind"
By repeating these two “negations,” you detach your self-awareness from the body and mind, allowing you to sense your pure existence beyond them.
🔷【Step by Step Practice Method】
🔹Preparation
Sit cross-legged (spine comfortably upright)
Face slightly tilted upward, eyes closed
Hands resting on thighs, palms facing up
Facing east enhances effectiveness
🔹Stage 1:Breath and Mantra (7-11 minutes)
Inhale while mentally repeating: “I’m not the body”
Exhale while mentally repeating: “I’m not even the mind”
※Control your breathing to match the length of the chant.
🔹Stage 2:Chanting "aaaa" (1〜2 minutes)
Open your mouth wide and produce the sound “Aaa” from just below the navel
Volume should be enough to feel vibration; no need to be loud
Repeat 7 times, fully exhaling each time
🔹Stage 3:Sitting Quietly (5-6 minutes)
Face slightly tilted up, gently focus attention between the eyebrows
Breathe naturally, do not follow thoughts or body movements, just sit
🔷【Important Practice Guidelines】
🔷【Important Practice Guidelines】
Practice continuously for at least 12 minutes (pausing disrupts energy realignment)
Effective when done twice daily for 48 days or once daily for 90 days (“Mandala” cycle)
Suitable for anyone; faithfully following the set procedure is key
Audio guidance is recommended but optional once familiar
In daily life, recalling “I am not the body, I am not the mind” helps shift awareness
🔷【Effects and Significance】
Promotes health, vitality, abundance, and happiness
A powerful tool for busy modern people to return to their true self
The perspective of “I am neither body nor mind” brings fundamental life transformation

The crowd at his hometown talk was completely captivated.
Even though his stories were entertaining, a sense of elegance came through.
A life where you do what you want to do.
A life that turns “fun” into a meaningful story.
He’s good-looking, and someone who can clearly express a solid vision—
that’s truly impressive.
